Great food but stopped going because of the service. Every time I call they put me on hold forever (10+ minutes) before they come back and take my order which takes less than 30 seconds. Not worth the hassle anymore I'll just go elsewhere. Management needs to hire more people or train staff how to quickly take an order.

We enjoy going here. We order tuna, salmon and yellowtail sashimi along with the caterpillar roll. Quality of the food is great. I also get the hot tea. Staff is very nice.

Great food and the best I have found in Florida, which doesn't say much because I'm from Chicago and they don't have good Asian food in Florida, that I have found, so far. Service a bit slow all the time but not too bad. Atmosphere is plain but clean. I would highly recommend this place. I don't eat sushi but people I know love the sushi here. The hot food is great, and it's nice to have a variety to satisfy all. Note that they are not open on Tuesdays and only sell beer and wine.

I drive right past another Japanese food restaurant that I used to go to just to come here. That is 15 miles each way! This place has the best service of any restaurant around. The waitresses are wonderful!. There is one there with a name that sounds like "sillyluck" From Thailand that we just love. She always greets us with a big welcoming smile and gives my wife and I fantastic service every time. The other staff is great too.The food is delicious every time. I tip higher here than any other restaurant I go to because I am so happy with everything that happens here. I definitely recommend this place for Japanese food.

She made us feel welcomed for our first time visiting. Food came out quick.Atmosphere: A little close with seating but they really make it work with the music being just the right volume. My first time here. Came in on my lunch break. The interior is simple with clear windows. I really wanted to write a good, overall review, base on the warm welcome the customer service host delivered. She was intentional. From start to finish, she did great. I called and ordered to-go. My patience wouldn't let me wait to get back to work to eat, so I took out my chopsticks and ate as soon as I got in my car. The food was good, overall. The sushi portions were on the bulky end. Which I like. The Grab Rangoon was very greasy. For what it's worth, for the itamae aka sushi chef must wash their hands at all times. Keep food that should be refrigerated, in the fridge until ready to use. Change gloves out when making new food. I watched one of the chef, using gloves to throw away trash/boxes and not change his gloves to make food. That's disgusting and disturbing. That last impression of the cook contaminating his gloves with unsanitary, dirty things, did it for me.
