We’ve used gitchewsum for small dinner parties, big birthday parties(100+)and attended weddings catered by them. They are always on time, organized, clean, but most of all their food is to die for. Mouthwatering pulled pork. The most tender brisket. My advice, order extra for leftovers because you will CRAVE it. Their pulled chicken is phenomenal to throw in linguine alfredo. Follow their Facebook page too they post the food truck location and get you a cheesy hog. It is my favorite dinner choice!

I had this food catered at a party I attended. The food arrived on time and was setup too. I will comment on the foods I ate below.Deviled Eggs - These were great. The filing on top of the hard-boiled eggs was creamy with a lot of flavor.Charcuterie - This was a standard plate with what appeared to be fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables.Pulled Pork - This was great. The pork was very tender with limited fatty pieces. There was a ton of flavor to this, and BBQ sauce was not even needed.St. Louis Ribs - These were tasty too. They came right off the bone, not dry, and even better when BBQ sauce was added. They were probably my favorite item tried of the day.Potato Salad - This was not bad. The potatoes were a little inconsistent by some being hard and others soft. The mayo base was tasty. There seemed to be a little mustard present, which balanced the mayo flavor, whatever it was, it was a nice compliment.House Salad - This was a standard house salad. I would have liked to seen more items besides spring mix used, but not a big deal. The balsamic vinegar dressing was the key here. It had a thick texture and was very good.Will I go back? Yes.

I tried their food at the Shark tooth festival yesterday. The food was so delicious, portion size was not too much not too little, the texture of the cole slaw was perfect. The kid taking orders was touching the plates without wearing gloves and I mentioned that to one of the crew member’s attention and the crew leader corrected that instantly. Very professional.

The staff was amazing, Cathy made sure the wedding party had their own plate of appetizers and Lindsey, Karly, AJ, and Thealy made sure all our guests were enjoying themselves and getting enough food!
