Called this place and ordered pick up. Once we got there to pick up, the place is clearly under construction. We called them and they said “oh yeah you have to pick it up 15 minutes down the road at our other location.” What?! Why didn’t they tell me this on the phone?! The funny part is there was at least 3-4 other people in the same situation that we had to help guide. Mismanagement for sure. Avoid!

My wife and I have eaten at Italianos north many times but after this past tuesdays experience we will never return. On tueday we brought another couple to Italianos North for dinner about 6:15 pm. We were surprised to see the restaurant empty except for a couple in the back of the restaurant that appeared to be finishing their dinner.We ordered a large pizza, a chicken Alfredo dinner, and a chicken Parm dinner that was listed as a special. We waited for almost 2 hours to recieve our pizza and dinners which arrived luke warm at best. Closer to room temperature. We told the waitress who said she could put it in the micro. The two dinners still came back luke warm at best. It was obvious that the entire meal was probably made at Italianos south and brought up to our location. What a con job. The entire 2 hours that we waited only 1 person came in to pu a take out pizza. No explanation for the delay or the cold meal. Literally the cheese on the pizza was no longer melted. I did send an email to Italianos requesting the manager or owner contact me to discuss the situation before I left this review. No response from Italianos at all. Unfortunately, your required to at least give a one star or mine would have been zero.We will tell everyone we know about this experience. It makes for a good laugh.

Coming here for yrs we live far away my husband Wrk’s in the area so we order pizza from here quite frequently. Well last time we ordered never having to chk them drive 1hr1/2 hm to find both pizzas were burnt not just dark but black we took photos said we would address this next time with that my sister came to town we decided to order 2 pies letting them know our disappointment with pictures of our last visit. They offered us 15% off of our new order (should have compensated the whole thing) and said they were sorry & it wouldn’t happen again. We get pies Drive 1hr1/2 hm not thinking we would have to chk it was F burnt again I’m so DONE with this place…. ✌️

Finally found really good pizza in Venice after 7 years of trying almost every other pizza joint around. Thin crust that my husband and I love with delicious red sauce. The Italian chopped salad with creamy balsamic dressing is super fresh and delicious, too. Im from NJ and am used to amazing pizza. Italiano’s has just what we’ve been looking for.

All homemade! Best crust- nice and toasty on the huge Italiano Stromboli- filled with real melty mozzarella and tomato sauce to dip in. My eggplant rollatini appetizer was fresh! Fresh basil, tasty sauce, lightly fried in bread crumbs. My hubby and I shared a large Italian chopped salad( antipasto style)- very fresh and crisp greens with sliced meats, green papers, onion, shaved parm. We can’t wait to return and dig into their pizza and entrees. They are located in a small strip mall but do Not let that deter you!!!

Awful experience. Ordered for the first time and requested delivery. I was told an hour. After an hour, I received a call saying driver was not from here and could not find our address. I specifically told them we were on Beach Road but they put the address in as Beach Drve and could not find us. She said it would be another 20 minutes. I requested a refund. She said she did not know how to issue a refund and then stated that I had previously ordered delivery to Beach Drive however I have never called or ceaten at this restaurant. This was my first and only order. She was to call me back and confirm the refund. After 20 minutes, I called and she informed me that she had already returned my call to confirm refund but she NEVER called me. Customer service is terrible. I cannot review food as we never received our pizza. Never again!

PERFECT…I mean perfect lunch!!!Two slices of pizza (delicious pizza) and a couple of draft beers!!!1:00 pm…Went to check out Joe’s Chicago and sat there 15+ minutes WAITING to sit at a table…and waited…and waited…and waited…who all is working today???…walked out, drove 2 minutes and there it was!!!! Italianos!!! Pizza ready to eat!!!!Delicious thin-crust pizza dripping a little bit of oil when you fold it!!! YUMMMMM!!!Just like we like it!!!!!Like ole Arnold would say…We’ll be back!!!!

I'm from out of town and was driving by looking for a place for lunch and saw Italiano's from the corner of my eye. I pulled in and saw they had some daily lunch specials that looked good and reasonably priced. I tried the lasagna stuffed calzone and it was terrific! The service was great, food was great, the music playing was not too loud and annoying. It was the perfect place for me today.
