Getting complicated. 20% service fee that supposedly goes to all the workers according to the owner. A previous response from owner states they have to do this because they have to pay minimum wage to servers. BUT, tip employees don't get regular minimum wage, Tip employees make $8.98 minimum wage. Sounds like owners are taking what should be tips to make payroll. Not sure why any server would want to work there.

Very nice and quaint atmosphere. Service was exceptional, food was spot on. They do stay to their menu so make sure you preview before you go. If you want an authentic experience try this place, you will not be disappointed.

We had reservations for lunch at one. 7 of us. 3 from the ocean side came to lunch with us. Reservations were made yesterday! We all get there and the place is packed. The lady at front said well maybe someone will leave! Really, this is how you do business? We all went to Cracker Barrel which is probably better anyway. Will never go to Paper it again.

Had lunch here today. Food was very good but service was lacking. Never came to ask if we needed anything and never once filled up any one’s drinks. 20% service added to bill automatically and tip was still requested.

Would have been 5 star but when your NOT homemade dessert that cost more than your meal is ridiculous, so we won't be returning! A shame that a little piece of cheesecake that was clearly frozen off a truck was $13.99 now we know why the price wasn't on the board next to the desserts means you are a sneaky liar, real french food it is not... Just a heads up too all who go here don't order the desserts go to Publix taste better and you can get a whole dessert for cheaper than you can get a frozen slice here! There were 21 of us in our group and none of us would ever order dessert again but almost all of us have put the word out about the desserts and most of us will never return a shame too because when you go somewhere who posts all about french food that has been around for generations your frauding your tradition! Very dissatisfied and disappointed!
