Marco's has been my favorite go to pizza for years. The last time I picked up at this store, I couldn't help but notice how clean & tidy it was!

The one that I went to had a girl in the back with her kid while she works in the front and leaves her kid in a playpen in the back and you can see him and hear him yelling and screaming. I saw him from Afar and he's no more than 2 years old, and it's sad because. The woman that is, his mother is even bossing. Some other guy around in there saying go give him some thing to eat when it's her own child and he looks at me and it's like she talking about She's crazy. It's not even my kid. And she's yelling at me like this. This is not the first time that I have been in there. This is probably the third time and every time I've been in there. I have seen this kid in there and heard him. Yelling or crying or throwing his tablet. It is not a place for a child while you are at work and you put him in the back. And people can still see him not cool he's not any older than Two years old this is Atrocious and completely unsanitary and insanely sad and the mother. The mother seriously a mother seriously needs to be recognized.

Worst service from Manger Alexa on 2/4/2024 at 4:45. Paid for order waiting 30 minutes asked if order was ready she lost order so she reordered pizza said be ready in 10 minutes was not waiting 20 minutes went to counter to check Alexa said not ready to seat down . I asked to speak to management she said she was the manager very rude yelling at me I said need to speak to owner not working. When pizza was ready pushed at me than started talking about me to customer before I left Marco'sI feel she should be fired for the way she talked to me. Poor management.
Big cheesy pizza tastes different than week ago. On Tuesday, BOGO pizza deal week ago Tues 16th, it was very good, great deal 5 stars . But not last Tues 23rd, same pizza called big cheesy pizza with white sauce, no pizza red sauce, tastes different , 4 stars.Marco's pizza owner,Please change the heavy doors, it's hard to push or pull heavy door. Please consider for people with disabilities, others are not strong enough to open doors. Other Marco's location on US 41 in Venice near (Ford dealership), this place has easy doors to open for everyone..

This has been my go to Marco's for awhile now but the last 2 times have been bad. This time, which was on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024, was by far the worst experience that I've ever had with a pizza place. I ordered 4 pizzas and an order of cheesy bread after work to feed my family. I got home which is in North Englewood. We looked at the pizza and breadsticks, the whole order was screwed up. I called the store to tell them and they had me return 2 of the pizzas and so they could remake them. The other 2 pizzas we just kept because we're not picky like our kids are when it comes to sauce. When I got to the store, they screwed up on the remade pizzas as well and kept the ones that I brought back. There were no crust toppers on any of the pizzas and all the pizzas had red sauce, there was supposed to be 1 red sauce and the other 3 pizzas were supposed to be white sauce. An absolutely terrible experience and I'll just drive to the Englewood location for now on.
