I have tried to visit this McDonald's for 3 days in a row. First 2 days was about 10:15 at night and tonight was 9pm. The doors were locked every time. The door stated that the dining area is open till 11pm except Sunday. Seems very close to false advertising to me. Maybe need to change hours of operation.

The worst service ever. I just ordered food on the phone app for my husband to pick up on the way home and paid online because he forgot his wallet. I sent him a screenshot of the order to show the staff. After waiting a half hour they REFUSED to give him the food we paid for and said my phone had to be there for them to make it and give it to him. What?? We already ordered and aid for it. He was there with 6 teenagers after school and had to tell them we could not get the food. I tried calling several times and got no answer or voice mail. Completely ridiculous and will now only go to Checkers or Wendy's. EVERY TIME I use that app I have a problem but I have never not received food we paid for until today. What a joke, management and owners should be embarrassed.
