I'm sorry Starbucks... I'm always a fan, you know that. This place has fallen to pieces! Poorly trained staff. My iced coffee is never stirred or shaken. Just handed to me... I'm not a barista. But that's not how to make a coffee. Please train your staff at this location. You guys normally pull down a four-star review from me. This is a catastrophe!
So today’s was interesting. I don’t normally leave bad reviews.. I ordered a drink, a normal drink, nothing weird.. as soon as the cashier lets the girls know what drink I ordered, they go off on a long and loud conversation about how disgusting my drink is, saying “ew” and how it makes them want to throw up.. I wasn’t the only customer standing there so thought that was pretty unprofessional… they went on about it the entire time I was there. This is really the first time I’ve seen this level of unprofessional behavior, especially at starbucks..

probably one of the worst Starbucks ever. The people here work so slowly and with no worth ethic majority of the time the orders are always wrong or they either forget or skip over them. I'm usually waiting in line for about 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile there are workers just standing there cleaning stuff while one. Other person is running around doing everything else, staff needs to be here updated and it seems like a new manager is needed as well
