I have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes because this owner fails to understand “1” person behind counter can not operate this shop with the quality Subway thinks they give. Very nice counter person but she can not do it all! Shame on the the Owner!!!! He should be here if he can not get help!! No ware to be seen???

Ordered curbside, waited 30 min before going in, was treated like I was in the wrong for being upset. In total I waited an hour and a half for my order and then my order was shorted the extra meat I paid for. The only reason I have 2 stars is the employee and manager the next day apologized and promised to make things right. If you do go in the eve I suggest walk in don't order on line, night crew was pure horror.

What a joke. We ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and both were frozen. Literally frozen. The cheese wasn’t even cooked on either which was a clear indicator before feeling it. Had to ask for the rest of our order because they didn’t even have it ready. And they mixed our cookies together even though I clearly stated a food allergy. Apparently closing the restaurant was more important than service 1 hour before closing time.

Worst experience..takes way more time to get an online order made and very disrespectful staff. Bad staff behaviour, they don’t care about customer’s time being wasted, very rude replies from the staff. Not recommended at all.

Sketchy!! Staff seemed high, drugged and sick or stoned. Unpleasant experience.No ice. Didn’t allow coupons sent in paper. Bacon picked up from floor added to sandwich. Great place to go if on drugs but I will not return. Terrible experience. Should be shut down. Not in a bad area, but maybe I don’t know what goes on in the area. Fast food in general is an unpleasant experience anymore, NO values.
