The worst service. Absolutely rude. When ordering in the drive thru, with no one behind us, and only a couple of cars in the parking lot (workers and inside guests) looked inside and no one waiting in line to order, we were rushed to order and when pausing to ensure everyone in the car got what they wanted a second woman kept chiming in to rush us over the intercom. Absolutely unacceptable and not necessary even if it was busy, which it wasn’t. It’s fast food so you know what you’re getting in terms of quality of the food, but there is no reason you should be bullied while ordering.

This location sucks. They ALWAYS forget part of our order. Tried to order 2 large nacho fries but they only had enough for 2 smalls. Got home and realized they didn't give us ANY nacho cheese at all. They often leave off part of our order which really sucks. Tired of paying for food that I don't receive.

Dirty floors in the restaurant, and the men’s room was the worst maintained men’s room I’ve seen in Southwest Florida, other than the back of a gas station. It took way longer than other Taco Bell’s to receive my food, and I dined in.

Feel sorry for the people working there. Short handed. One of the girls went and refill the ice tea so I could get what I wanted.Upset with the Company Taco Bell as they list a $5 Value box but only good at stores owned by the company not franchise places there it is $8.99
