do not.. I repeat, DO NOT go here! I waited 15 minutes for my order and there were still SIX people ahead of me who were there when I walked in. I eventually left without my order and had to just eat the $8.. Do yourself a flavor and go across the street to Smoothie King. I was greeted nicely and the guy was very helpful. In-and-out in 6-7 minutes. My order at Tropical Smoothie probably still was even finished lol

Very confusing experience. Weird vibes. Lots of angry customers waiting for food, hard to understand and hear with all the giggling and talking in the kitchen area. Spend the extra money and go to Mission Organic Cafe on Miami. Also, who puts added sugar in healthy smoothies??

I went at noon on November 15...ordered a banana peanut butter smoothie for $7.39..It was powdered banana and the credit card machine basically forced a dollar tip...I was told no one there could reverse the charge...WOW...I'm responding to your response...I watched her make my drink and never saw a real banana and I asked for a refund right there and she refused

This location is awesome and always accommodates any requests I have. Anytime the girl with straight brown hair(lily) is there I know it'll be a good day because she makes both my food and smoothies better than I could've asked for. That girl deserves a raise!

Occasionally poor service. Would not answer calls to help with an issue I had on my wrap that shoud not have had cheese on it and was thus inedible and made the rest of the meal questionable. Frank disregard for a vegan diet even though they purport to be a healthy café

I Visited this location yesterday during my work travels. I frequently eat at Tropical Smoothie. I had to leave a review for this one because this one is so great! The staff is super nice. Kristen is the manager and she is so friendly and does a great job at running the location. The food came out great and the smoothie was one of the best I've had. Thank you for doing a great job!

To be honest I usually make my own smoothies, simple ones with just a few ingredients but it was FLIP FLOP DAY. A yummy strawberry margarita smoothie for flip flop wearing customers .... It was delightful, & refreshing; the young ladies who prepared it were super sweet.
