Love this place. It's a must visit every trip to Venice. Their pizza is fantastic as well as everything else we've tried!

I went there on my birthday and I was really expecting to like it. At least I wanted to like it. I ordered some onion rings and they came out of the kitchen black. I realize that sometimes things get overcast but why would you let that leave the kitchen and have your customer see that you don't care. And I also ordered a little sundae they got the flavor of the ice cream right everything else was wrong. I wouldn't go there again

Ordered a $9 shake last night (took 20 minutes to makes) and it thick and good. Decided to come at lunch for a meatball sub that I saw on the menu. There appeared to be just 2 waitstaff. Tables remained dirty and a waitress cleared off one so that a group could be seated. Majority of people were waiting for food to be served. I have no idea how many were working in the kitchen. I chose to sit outside, where no one else was sitting. The gal who seated me said "someone" would be right out. Twenty minutes passed. No employee c ame outside. A couple exited the restaurant and spoke to me saying I had zero chance of receiving service outside. They said they were the 2nd table seated when the place opened and it took over an hour for their pizza! I left. It's sad when places cannot get employees. I realize they want to still generate income, but having just 2 people working a lunch crowd makes zero sense. All that is earned is a poor reputation.

This place was amazing! I got the 12" calzone with chicken and spinach and it quite literally was the most amazing thing ever. Crispy but not too crispy on the outside and filled with plenty ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Wish I would've taken a picture!

Food was OK, have been there many times over the past 20 years. Very disappointed as our server was very unenthusiastic and don't expect a welcome, thank you or thanks for coming in from this crew.

It's fifthly and infested with rats the head chef decided that it's okay to make the pizzas with flour with rat p*** in it.

I understand it has grown more expensive to eat out, but this was a bit much. $25 for a slice of pizza, a Coke, and a chili dog with fries. The fries were good, the service was good, but the pizza was not very good and the wife didn't even finish it. The chili dog was okay. And when was the last time you received a 3.99 percent surcharge for using a credit card?

Great little place downtown. I had the Strawberry Fields sundae - so good! Excellent service provided by Marissa. Definitely enjoyed the outside seating. Nice and shady.

Milk shakes were good (and expensive at almost $9.00.) Hamburger meat was horrible! Low grade, heavily salted and inedible. Portions are little for what they charge. Not attentive wait staff. We used to come here frequently. Apparently it has changed hands and the quality of the food is bad. We don't mind spending for quality, but this isn't it.

Went to grab dinner with our sons who were in town, walked in, no one said anything to us at all, so we went and sat at the counter area as seats were open, of course we were waiting for it to be wiped down, as the area had food crust etc. the ladies behind the counter were frustrated and busy, and miserable, we sat there at least 5 to 8 minutes before one acknowledged us. She ask what we wanted, we said can we have a minute, she said ok and walked away to wait on someone else, she never ask if we wanted a drink, wtf, poor poor customer service, never cleaned the counter, we sat there another 10 minutes watching them actually dish out ice cream that was partially melted, that did not seem right, then several customers came over and said they were leaving, they had sat 30 minutes or more and never waited on, a couple then came in the door and was waited on immediately and taken to a seat, hmm must of knew them, we then were done, we got up and left this miserable tourist trap, the health dept should be called, and the people fired or closed, no customer service what so ever. We are locals and have told all our friends etc. We will never return to this place. Actually quite a few tourist traps in venice that our family and friends will never return too. We will keep our money in our pockets.

Best pizza in Venice. In my opinion. I come from Boston and this tastes like the pizza there. I wish they delivered.

Let me start by saying I don't like to give negative reviews to any business. But this place was so awful I just have to. First of all the time it took to get our food was ridiculous. People that came in after us, were eating well before us. 2 of us ordered burgers. One medium rare one medium. Both burgers came way over cooked. They were way past well done . I ordered the elvis hotdog. It was fine. When the waiter finally brought our food to the table, I asked if I could get some silverware. He said " yea give me a minute" ( he was terrible). So 2 burgers, 2 salads, 3 sodas and a elvis hot dog came out to $77. Plus surcharge for using credit card. Thats my fault. I saw the prices in the menu beforehand. But the food and service we received was definitely not worth it. Walk up the street and find another place. You may have to wait a while, but it will be worth it. I will never go here again!!! What a mistake!

Ate here for lunch while I was in town, the reuben and cuban sandwiches were good. Very casual beach town diner vibe.

Service awful. Sat at bar for 10 minutes. Not even acknowledged. Just wanted a slice of pizza. Left. Never going back. Lol.

Meh. Let's start with the good - the fries were really good - we ordered extra crispy- with the right amount of salt and seasoning. The red sauce used on most dishes was just flat. Under seasoned and no detectable flavors other than tomato. I want some oregano and garlic for my red sauce in pizza, with meatballs, etc. As the foundation for almost every dish you can then guess how I liked my meal. The bread for the subs - dough-y and no flavor. Meh. Should have just gotten a sundae instead of real food.
