Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Went in asking for 6 pretzel dogs and was rudely told that I could not have 6. I mentioned to the attendant that I saw that she was making them and was willing to wait. To which she rudely responded that I could only have 2. I told her that I would take the two pretzel dogs and two lemonades as well, to which she replied “anything else” in a nasty tone. I again responded by saying that I’ll have some mini dogs as well. Meanwhile waiting, she took her precious time to make my TWO pretzel dogs and was constantly talking and bickering to the nextdoor subway server. Another lady came out from the back, to whom she was trying to ‘discreetly’ tell what I had initially requested in an almost unbelievable manner. The lady happened to chuckle, but was surprised that I caught on as I was staring at her while they spoke about me. Once my order was finished and I collected it, I said “thank you” to which she did not even respond. I’m not begging a favor nor am I begging for food. I am a paying customer and would like to be treated as such. Auntie Anne’s, do better. The people you hire can make or break you.

This store doesn't honor the Auntie Anne's Rewards program I went there and the female worker told me they don't have the scanner but I saw a scanner next to the cash register. ☹️

Located inside the Walmart this place does not taste like the normal Auntie Anne's. They are thicker and often they sit for a long period of time and not fresh..Just tastes like a regular pretzel.

Disappointing. The real deal doesn't have nor need sugar. Don't settle for these unless you want a dessert and the added sugar where it doesn't belong. The big soft pretzels that I crave are not made here.

I love Aunt Anne's cinnamon nuggets. I get them every time I go to the mall. This morning I went to get some as there was no line. I'm waiting to be helped but neither of the employees would look up from their phone. It was 10:15am. I waited a few minutes and was going to say something but my husband was upset at the moment as our toddler was running around. We simply walked away but I'm floored that they were BOTH so glued to their phones they didn't even see a customer walk right up.
Terrible. 1000% worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to! They don't honor promotions that they display nor any others and will start getting extremely rude if you ask questions about why they will not honor promos - or they will rudely tell you what you can get, a cheaper item, with promo even if it says differently on signage. Purchased 5 pretzels for my family and they were all burnt, the other items we ordered were stale and dry and tasted horrible. I would steer clear of here if you love Auntie Anne's.

Stopped by Auntie Anne's while in the Walmart today... They sucked! Only a couple varieties available and they were Hard & burnt!! I usually Love their pretzels, so I'm Very disappointed with my experience today! I'll stick with my Naples/ Fort Myers locations from now on! Spent $17 for 2 of us, pretzel bites and lemonade and get on the road & couldn't eat it 😡😒
