So we got there at like 9:30 and nobody there ?? Pull up to speaker and nobody ? pull up to window and a guy comes out and plays with computer for like 10 minutes ?? Doesn’t say a thing so after honk horn like 3 times and ask if I need to come inside he says no, no I got you ??2 whoopers and bag of fries is $15 .75 ?? Huh what about $3 whoopers on Wednesdays ?? Ohh that’s for junior whopperSo while waiting another 15 minutes I look at my app and says flat out $3 whopper Wednesday ??Need a new team and more training or good luck with theseSlackers !!

The quality of service has definitely improved in the last few months. Overall, the service is faster and food tastes very good. The restaurant is also much cleaner. I am not sure if it is new management, but whatever they are doing it is going well.

Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever encountered. When I walked in I was met with eyes of "what are you doing here". Honestly felt like I was bothering them. Food was trash and took forever. Will never go again and probably stick to different fast food chains.

Maliah ( I may be wrong about the spelling ) was absolutely amazing this evening. I had a big order with special requests and she was so patient. I asked her to bag everything up separate and she did an amazing job. It was a very nice experience!

After ten minutes of sitting in front of the drive thru intercom with no one talking to me through it, I went inside. There was a line in there, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bad idea. From the look of things, the staff in the back weren't really making any food and didn't seem to care about their customers. I had to drive to a different Burger King to get some actual service, and so did four other people in the line. One guy at the front of the line admitted he was standing at the counter and waiting for his food for twenty minutes. That's just downright horrible service. My advice is that they hire more workers who actually want to make money. Maybe some managers to keep everyone in line, because this is just awful. I don't plan on going here again, which is a shame because the other Burger King is twenty minutes out of my way whereas this one is three minutes closer to my house.
