Attended this evening for dinner, and had the onion strings, which were delicious.one of our meals was very over priced, for 6 small scallops, veggies and rice. It was served lukewarm, and server said the scallops were larger, but they werent. The fried scallops in my basket were larger. The scallop dinner special was 34.95, very over priced! She told the hostess how she was disappointed with her meal, with no response. Kind of frustrating?

Lady bringing out our food dumped a side of cocktail sauce in the lap of a lady in our group very rude about it. Tossed her a towel and said better to have a wet lap than a lap full of cocktail sauce. No apology of any kind.

I came in with a friend for lunch. We ordered two Coca-Cola's two New England chowder add two cats of the day fish wblackened. Total bill was $91+. Complaining to the waitress is not my style but never again will this place screw us like they did today.???Shame on them.

We decided to have lunch at Fishshack yesterday and definitely recommend. Everyone is kind and food is yummy. I had the salmon, hubby had shrimp basket and my son the Mahi Mahi sandwich. Oh we had to get the appetizer (onion rings) too!Dietary restrictions: Had my veggies!Parking: Right in front of restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised by how good the blackened shrimp tacos were. Some places with awesome locations like this rely on their location to get by with lesser quality food. This wasn't the case with the Fish Shack.Parking: Lot was full, and apparently the city enforces the tune limits pretty strictly. Street parking was available nearby.

We happened upon this cute restaurant after leaving the beach and driving home. The fish and chips lunch plate was plentiful and included a small serving of Coleslaw. Everything tasted delicious, our server was friendly and attentive, and the decor was delightful. Will definitely go back and take friends!
The food was great! Had raw oysters, fish and chips, peel-and-eat shrimp, and oyster shooters. All the food was on point , and the staff just sealed the deal. Restaurant (including restroom) was clean and maintained.Parking: Paid parking lot across the street. Restaurant will reimburse parking on your bill!

We go to Fishack a few times a year when we visit Vero Beach. They have the best fried shrimp and scallops and my husband loves the Shacktastic Sandwich. Best fish sandwich he's had. Waitstaff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. We recently went twice in one trip and the owner came out and introduced himself because he recognized we had come in multiple times. This is our GO TO when we visit this town.
