So I went here at 9pm for Cajun fries march 11th. It was getting close to closing time and I felt bad because I know the feeling of wanting to go home after a long shift. The night crew here was great and even said to me they would have it ready on time. They made a great effort to make sure I was able to have want I wanted and I really appreciate it because you don’t find customer service like this crew had anymore.

First off I want to say that your prices have skyrocketed and it’s ridiculous. I’ve been a patron for over 15 years not a steady one but I’ve gone occasionally I mentioned the prices two single burgers with cheese, and a little fry along with a small soda is $31 for two people I could’ve went to the green marlin I could’ve went into Publix and purchased 2 lobster tails instead I made the bad choice of coming to five guys the food was just OK. The burger was definitely not worth $11. The bun was bigger than the burger. The french fries are always good the workers are very friendly in maintaining the self-serve, catch-up area, keeping it clean, although the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty
