My sister and I have made MULTIPLE attempts for 2 weeks to receive quotes from Frosting with no assistance/replies whatsoever. We made phone calls for days in a row, but no answer. We submitted a quote request via their website but no reply. AND messaged them via Facebook Messenger and, again, no reply!The phone number is not disconnected in anyway as the phone continues to dial and then hangs up after about 10 rings.We tried our best to receive service from this wonderfully, rated business, but they have failed us to provide us their service. We are very disappointed.

I’m horrible with planning in advance, and they have always accommodated and had excellent service. They are gifted in what they do. 10/10 recommend.

We came into town for the weekend to do some fishing and celebrate my sons birthday. Ordered the cake four days ahead of time . The cake was not only beautiful but delicious. We got the dirty red velvet, and OMG Heaven. 10/10 I would recommend. It's literally so good! We even feel worth the drive from Orlando for my daughters birthday for her cake. Thanks again
