Mr. Martin was one of the best and very courteous professional waiters I've interacted and been served by in a very long time. His knowledge and quickness from so many angles are extremely beneficial for any Restaurant he chose to lend his amazing roster of trades and skill set.He recommended the Spicy Girl and King Crab Sushi Roll - I must say I was pleasantly surprised of the fresh amazing well rounded taste.Too many Want-to-Be Sushi Places places in around Vero shorten and serving plain Jane unacceptable Sushi - Fujiyama seems to be football fields ahead of almost zero competition.I endorse Fujiyama as a place of great good Hospitality and their fresh accompanying dishes giving each guest a satisfying experience.Respect - ??????

Food was well prepared. Hibachi take out was nice because everyone got noodles and rice. Steak was not fatty, scallops well cooked. I have had better sushi ? but it was still good. Would definitely eat here again.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the show!

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Food is always good, staff is friendly,and our waiter Martin was great. Our food was hot when we got it and we were not rushed. Atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommended Fujiyama.

This establishment tends to fill up rather quickly as the majority of patrons come for the hibachi tables, so one should anticipate a brief waiting period. However, I was able to secure a reservation for the sushi dining and was promptly seated. The atmosphere can become somewhat smoky due to the hibachi tables, but this is to be expected, and the sushi seating area is situated away from the smoke. The sushi was of excellent quality and flavor, and the service was amicable. However, due to the restaurant's popularity, there may be occasional lapses in service. Overall, I would consider returning to this establishment.

We went out with family to celebrate our aunt for her birthday & had a great time with our chef! He sang her happy birthday, did the onion volcano candle, and was interactive with all of us. We obviously loved all of our hibachi food (mostly chicken + filet combos cooked to perfection) but we also loved the Rainbow Drag Roll! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a sushi roll with some crunch, savory flavor, and no cream cheese.
First time and we will make the trip from PSL for a great hibachi meal again. We left with plenty of food and satisfied bellies. My husband and I really enjoyed the experience.

My fiance and I are regular customers of this place, and we have never been disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious, and the hibachi show is an added bonus that we always look forward to. We always order filet mignon, and it is always cooked to perfection, along with the rice and noodles that come with it. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we never have to worry about a thing when we're there. We love this Fujiyama's location and will definitely keep coming back for more!
