We sat at our table at 7:10, which hadn't been wiped down. Server didn't come to our table until 7:20. Got our drinks 15 minutes after that. The Dr pepper was flat and the tea was already watered down. Ordered fried pickles and mozzarella sticks for appetizers. First pickle eaten had a hair in it. They were nice enough to bring us another order of pickles. At 8:10, another server noticed we were sitting there for awhile so she went to check on our food. The server never even entered our food. They also kept dimming the lights down low. Then once you get adjusted to them, they turned them way bright. Worst service possible. Won't be going back.

Bar style eatery. Had the cheeseburger and didn't care for it. Tasted of refrigerator. Bun, cheese, veggies and burger had the same flavor. Booth was grungy with dirt or some discoloration on the mustard squirt bottle. Sorry, don't usually do negatives however, very disappointed. Service was quite good though.
The food was great. I do have one recommendation to management or staff; stop bringing the check out so soon. I had full intentions in ordering desert and an order to go. Giving us the check early and telling us to take our time still feels like kicking us out. I also saw the waitress did the same to another table. I'll definitely try this place out again.

We walked in and were told by the bartender to sit wherever we liked, it was 4:00 in the afternoon, not busy. We waited at our booth for at least five minutes with no attention from anyone. Two more tables if guests walked in, the waitress then came out, immediately gave both tables menus and took drink orders from one table. We walked out at this point. Terrible service..if the wait staff has just come on shift, they should make a point to ask who has been there waiting. Second time we’ve received poor service at this location.

Dined in with my wife and ordered the “Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich” and devoured that sandwich like it owed me money. Waitresses were attentive, and food was out quick! Thank you so much! Everything was delicious!!
My family and I went tonight. We knew we would be a little short on time since we were seeing a movie but we had almost an hour. We were seated under a loud speaker that sounded like someone was talking through tin foil. Our waitress didn't want to take our food order when she came back with our drinks.She finally did come back to take our order, and we waited 35 minutes. People all over the restraunt were getting their food while we continued to wait. Finally, I asked that we just be allowed to pay for our drinks and leave. No manager even came to see what was happening.
Karina provided great customer service for our experience at Hurricanes. We will definitely be back again.
