Vince provides perfect customer service, and the lady who cooked my omelet did a beautiful job. The Poblano Omelet ROCKS! All this, and my very own carafe of hot coffee.. ALL THE STARS! ??Vegetarian options: The Poblano Omelet WITHOUT meat, plus home fries, is a reasonable vegetarian option for me.

We had 6 people in a booth and one adult spilt a drink the staff brought out a towel about 5 minutes later after we asked for one not one of the staff offered to or even tried to help wipe it up we even wiped the floor and there was a bunch of ppl working and more open tables believe me now as I've shifted away from the whole not offering to wipe up the mess cuz that fine we spilt we can clean it up it was the fact that they didn't even offer but back to the open tables they were telling ppl there was a 30 min wait to sit and half the restaurant was open and this was even when we had asked for the check so there was ppl leaving because the wait and we were leaving and others were too but they still were turning ppl away and making them wait 30 plus and they seemed to have plenty of staff to be honest i can get past the fact that we had to clean up our own mess that's not a big deal just the offer woulda been nice they never did clean the floor while we were there but turning down business with a full staff huffing when ppl walked in says something about the place in my opinion I ran a restaurant for 6 years and never once would I knowingly allow my staff to even portray such hospitality now don't get me wrong for the most part it was nice to see them joking around with each other but a little more custoner servce will go along way smile offer to help or to seat people if there is a open seat table whatever it may be but what do i know

Wife and I left a cash tip before leaving. On the receipt we wrote cash but after checking our debit account someone took an additional 20% tip anyway. THEFT

Thursday morning not busy but took awhile for everything. Ordered 2 veggie omelets and they forgot spinach and Serrano peppers on both and mushrooms on one. Didn’t get toast til after we were all done eating. Ordered 2 kids smiley face pancakes and no chocolate chips on smile instead they were put inside. Not that I was really expecting great service but would have been nice to get the veggies I ordered and toast with my meal. Will not be back.
