Ordered door dash at around 10:05 I get it it's close to closing but literally I didn't even receive chicken, it was fried batter. Didn't receive my fries and didn't receive my boneless bites. I cant exaggerate how bad the food was.

Once again, we go to KFC for supper, and they are out of white meat. Not good! My husband will eat nothing but white meat, so he settled for chicken little sandwiches, and I got a thigh and leg. I think the manager is not ordering enough white meat. Last time, we walked out, which is what we should have done this time as well. Also, they advertised buy the checkout apple bites 4 for $2+.Of course, they did not have any of those either. Very poor weekend planning!!

The worst staff I have seen in fast food. Period. After ordering online 30 min prior and paying the rudest woman told us if we wanted food we would have to wait 90 more minutes in our car. Wouldn't offer refund. Wouldn't offer substitution. Nothing. We left with no food then spent 1 hour online trying for a refund. Worst customer service I have ever had at fast food. Thought I was on a prank show at first I still can't believe how rude that woman was then told us sit in the car for 90 minutes more if we wanted our 8 piece. F-. Never going back. Love that chicken at Popeyes!

We ordered on Door Dash several times. The food was horrible.The chicken was NOT crispy and the rest of the items were just so, so. After multiple tries...we won't order again. Also, I have driving through the take out and the chicken was NOT UP TO KFC standards. Too bad. We love KFC. Poor management!!!!

Dried up chicken, carbon water soda. Plastic mash potatoes. Yuck. Mash potatoes have sat in this plastic container so long they taste plastic….
Although the food is good and fast, I have noticed that every time I visit the restaurant in person, the staff doesn't seem to care about getting my order right. Even when my boyfriend and I went in one afternoon, they didn't allow us to choose our preferred sides, unlike when I order online. As a result, some of our food was missing, which we only realized halfway through our journey back home. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

The last couple of times things tasted off. Today the mashed potatoes tasted awful. Previously it was the Corn. This is the first time that I have posted. Usually get KFC once per month and it has been good until now.
