waited in drive thru for 10 full minutes and no one helped me. They are way understaffed at night and can not serve customers at all!! I then placed a Mobil order and waited 40 minutes. I was the last one waiting in the dining room and the women worker told her other co worker “after she leaves make sure to lock the door!, I’m done!!” This right here proves they are not willing to serve any customers. Disgusting!!!

These past 2 years the service of McDonald's has been appalling i've been waiting here for 25 minutes not one of the lines has moved. We went inside to see nobody doing any work but on there phones . We left for ten minutes the line still hadnt moved after we left same cars same people. The food was hard like it had been undercooked. would NOT reccomend.

The employees are racist and selectively serve certain customers. I went to the drive-thru at 11:30pm to pick up my doordash order and they told me they were closed and not taking new orders. I gave up and parked in the parking lot and watched the constant stream of customers. I asked a customer and she said they were not closed. Their attitude is terrible!

This is supposed to be open 24 hours yet any time I go after 12 their computers are conveniently down. I also do door dash and have to let many people know their orders can not be completed. The employees are rude. They do not even come on the speaker and tell you that their systems are down they make you sit there and wait. When you drive up to the window, nobody comes to assist you. There are no signs posted that say their computer systems are down. This is not a way to run a business rude employees bad customer service.
