I can't even call this stuff food. It's absolutely terrible and has an awful odor. I'd never take another bite of this disgusting slop.

This place is amazing. You will love the family environment. The Pho is the best ever and ask for the banana desert. Say Millie sent you!

This is my favorite Vietnamese Asian Fusion restaurant in all of Vero. My go to is always Pho and Miss Saigon makes thee very best both chicken and beef. Just took home three orders of chicken pho!

There's absolutely no way I'd even consider eating food prepared by these people. I think they're just a couple if slumlords who still owe deposits to their former tenants from over a year ago. They should really be ashamed of themselves. I'm pretty sure dats an illegal business practice. Do not eat this garbage!

I don't trust the owners and I certainly wouldn't eat thier food. Stay away from these two. They've owed me and my family money for well over a year. Do you two plan on paying us, or are you just a couple of lying thieves?

My friend recommended I visit this restaurant. I am so glad I did! The owner and his wife are lovely and the food is delicious. She cooks the food herself! The prices are very reasonable. If you want to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this is a must.

Excellent food and family oriented environment, personalized care, love the spring rolls, crispy egg rolls, pho filet and blue ocean drinks

Excellent pho, summer and spring rolls. Very fresh, authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Limited menu but it’s best to keep it simple and concentrate on a few staple dishes made with care and love. Owners make you feel like family. Nice atmosphere and laid back.

You guys! We love pho and picked Miss Saigon on a whim. It was a whole awesome experience. When we entered we were greeted and seated by the owner who is also the chef. Her menu changes I believe every night, which we love. One, the food is fresh as it can be. Two, how fun to come in and try something different each time? She’s big on healthy and fresh and made us drinks I think she said were Miss Saigon specialties. They were so so so good. We all had pho and spring rolls which were delicious. The pho itself took me back to a place in the North where we used to eat pho almost religiously. We were so happy with the food. Then, upon looking around at photos in the restaurant we came to meet a family friend of the owner who was super friendly and turned out to be able to teach swim (very funny because we’re looking for an instructor) so we exchanged numbers. It appeared that the restaurant is a very close knit group and mostly family run. It was very pretty inside and clean. Our son met the owner’s son and they played for a long time while we enjoyed watching a show. It was so nice and we had a really good time. It felt like being welcomed into their home almost and treated like friends. I can see how this might throw some people off. Don’t come here if you aren’t looking for a great group of people who care about healthy and fresh food who are going to treat you like old friends. This place was magic!

This restaurant was a first for my family and I, being from out of town we just selected a random restaurant. The whole experience was just weird, uncomfortable and overwhelming. We were greeted by the owner/chef who sat us and went on and on about her pho being very good and healthy, and she kept emphasizing that she doesn’t use MSG and that doctors and hospitals requests her pho. I can tell the owner/chef is a good person with good personality but I feel like my parents were sold into getting pho. I did not get a chance to see the menu and told my parents I wanted pho, as to what kind of pho I had no idea. The owner/chef then asked my parents if we wanted chicken pho for my younger siblings, my parents were still deciding and the owner/chef made the decision for them. While we were waiting for our food the owner came up and started playing with my sister’s hair and asked if it was okay for her to tie my sister’s hair. Not wanting to be rude my mom said sure. I was caught of guard by the whole thing and I could tell my sister was uncomfortable. I get it, it’s a warm gesture but it was to forward for my family and I. Upon paying for the bill we were shocked by the price $25 a BOWL. ? True we did not ask for the price, nor did her menu listed the price, or did the owner/chef mention the price. When asked why the bill was so high it’s because filet mignon was in the pho. I’ve had pho with that cut and it was no where near that price. In all honesty the pho wasn’t that great. The broth itself is very different from that of your typical pho restaurant. It was darker in color and had a different flavor from what I am use too and it was quite oily. (But it’s good fat) After we left my parents were so angry and kept talking about it in the car, this was how mad they were with the whole experience. It is what it is ?‍♀️Update: I have to laugh at the reply from the owner/chef. Tip is only for good service and if the experience was good and it wasn’t, plus it was my parent’s decision and I stand by their decision. I take back what I said about good person and good personality. Cheap?! What is cheap is the inconsistency of the restaurant design. You have cloth napkins but your table covers runs short. Your bathroom hallway is clutter with stuff, making it unpleasant when my family and I went to wash up.Your restaurant is more like a bar/club with its dim lighting and loud music and can I just say phony karaoke. What is the design aesthetic of your restaurant? Sister!!! Might I recommend switching out the table cloth to napkins and table cloth to vinyl table covering. You request reservations but my family was one of the two group there and we were the largest, five people. And if the beef was 6oz I would be full from that by itself! You may want to weight your meat to see if it’s cheating. ? Unethical is touching the hair of a child who isn’t yours and having people smell your spice bag that you took out of the kitchen into a public and open space. Is that CO-VID ethical? I’m sure my million subscribers on Tik-Tok will enjoy this STORY TIME! ???? #generationz #itsokaytonotbeokay #supportourasianbusinesses #ALM #stopasianhate

They said they has a limited menu as a party of 45-50 was due in next day. If we had known how limited they meant we would left right away. Had 2 kinds of Pho - one with bad looking Filet mignon strips - that was it! Just soup and a few oysters that lacked any taste.

Strange service not sure if it was just me but it felt like i was at a distant family members house and was told \"eat what i give you and be happy.??\u200d♀️\" but all in all the food i was strongly suggested to get was pretty good. I would recommend them to anyone who is in a good mood and hungry . Pictures product of poor lighting
