Place is clean and food is excellent. However the portions are miniscule compared to other Moe's locations. We ordered to-go several times and there was less than a hand full of steak in 2 burritos and 2 bows all together. Bowls were half full entirely. Guess times are tough at Moe's.
I enjoy the food.. But went to get some to bring home and it was 845 they said no because they close at 9 and wanted to put the food up. Could get some nachos in 15 minutes apparently.

The guy barely put any beef on my three tacos just gave me the leftovers of what was in the container, my tacos were like 75% lettuce! Walked out still hungry

We were in town on vacation and was going to try it. Walked in at 830pm. Online said they were open until 9pm. When I Walked up to order. The guy said hold on because he already had the food in bags and putting food away. He walked away and gave his coworker a look and was shaking his head. I was there 30 minutes before they close and I guess that's not good. So I told my family we can go somewhere else to eat. They don't deserve the business from me or anyone else.

I was missing items from my delivery order and they said they forgot to put the salsa in the bag. So “Jimmy” told me I could come pick it up if I wanted to. I said why would I come get it when I had the order delivered? Then he said sometimes people forget things and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was informed by a female team member that there was no manager on duty. Then she said the chips and salsa were free anyway. Nothing is free, it included in the price. Very very poor customer service.
