Usually a good experience but not today. Well it was Easter so short staffed. Server walked away before pushing the pay button so we sat down with all intentions of paying later. When the employee returned to the register minutes later he bellowed "you didn't pay". Manager knew what happened and we paid and ate. Food was tepid and social atmosphere broken. Crappy.

Harry was very Rude and disrespectful he over charged me and then tried to say it was my fault and I changed my mind when on fact I only ordered 4 combos one for each of my three kids and myself ... He charged me for five so after the manager gave me my refund I then asked for my cups he gave me three so I asked for the fourth and he had a nasty attitude then he sat it on the counter at the back and turned his back.... I asked for ranch with my 8 piece combo when i ordered and when he gave me the food he gave me buffalo so i went back to the counter and asked for ranch and Harry told me they didnt have it so then i asked for bbq and he then told me it was thirty cents for each additional sauce.... After I just spent the amount of money I did and also never even got the sauce I asked for! Very rude very disrespectful employees and I will not be a returning customer I will take my business elsewhere... Anywhere but here.

I ordered spicy chicken to decide to give me mild chicken Not only was the service very slow my food is never what I order 3x I was missing something and even when I camed back to fix it they had an attitude because they got my order wrong??
I ordered at the window because the speaker was broken and the girl couldnt get my order right. Then when she had to fix it got attitude. I ordered sweet and spicy wings and they turned the box sideways in a small paper bag with my fries, the sauce and my fries were all in the bottom of the bag. Then the 3 piece, I ordered was 3 tiny pieces of chicken that was cold and so hard that you couldn't even eat the crust! The sad little biscuit that was in the box was so hard it could have broken a window if it was thrown. Mind you I paid $26.00 for 5 wings 3 pieces of nasty hard chicken a biscuit that was made of concrete and cold fries in a paper bag with wing sauce all over them. This is not the first or second time they have had to fix my order. I didnt evn bother going back to get them to make it right this time.I have given this place one too many chances to get things right.I WILL NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! You are called Popeye's chicken and can not cook good chicken. Walmart and Publix have better chicken than you! It's really sad. I will get good hot edible fried chicken from Publix from now on and pay less than 30 dollars for 5 wings and 3 pieces of chicken, fries dumped in a paper bag with sauce on them and hot coleslaw.
