So I took my kids to Rita’s Ice Custard and Addison sat there on the stool on her phone instead of doing her job. Once she got up I’m assuming when she felt like giving us service she wasn’t very professional or welcoming. Also she’s not very informative about anything we ordered and u still had to tip smh I will not be taking my kids here again period

I’m not gonna lie I love Rita’s but not when they can’t get the hours right on google as well as the website. So apparently you close at 9 I made it about 5 minutes till doors locked I was extremely sad.

We're initially from up north PA where Ritas are every where, we have lived in Vero for a few years now and only recently started coming to this Rita's. We're so glad we found them. My family loves going here! Great location, great staff, super nice owners.. the place is super clean, has a nice variety of flavors every time we stop there. If you're looking for a summer refresher this is the place

The worker with the aggressive eyeliner and septum piercing was extremely rude. Did not say a word to us. When she finished my icecream she sat it on the counter and walked away and back to her chair and sat down. I’m surprised her eyes are still in her head after as many times as she rolled them. But my milkshakes good

Rita’s, as a business with multiple locations, has very good soft serve custard and multiple flavors of Italian ice. They also have a small amount of toppings available, one of which is an above average caramel. They didn’t have many flavors of soft serve available, and we were told they were waiting for the ingredients for the coffee flavor to come in. The woman helping us, a fellow Florida patriot, was born and raised here and helped us with friendliness and cheer. It can be a little tricky to find, perpendicular to the Publix plaza on US1, but a nice spot for a cooldown and some tasty treats. You can even combine the Italian ice and the custard, a Rita’s tradition. Enjoy!

This was a new experience for me, and I have to say, what a delightful combination - custard and Italian ice ---- Amazing! Such a cute little place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Customer service was amazing, girl behind the counter treated me and my mom with nothing but kindness. My mom asked for something that wasn't in stock and she was NOT rude about it at ALL. Milkshakes were very good. Definitely coming back.

Every time we go the same young guy is working alone and says they are out of milk cookie and Reese’s. He has an attitude and isn’t friendly at all. Dosent greet customers. When you pay with card he walks away when u have to sign. Goes to the back and stays there. Look I get it everyone has bad days but this has been 3 times now. I honestly think we will go else where from now on. Just isn’t as good as it was.

I called Rita’s for some help so I could treat my mother who lives in Florida & I was helped by Molly who was so sweet and helpful, she didn’t make me feel like my questions were d*** she helped me and it was very nice of her ! Thanks to her my mother enjoyed a nice ice cream , it’s the little things !

Went to Rita's today and as I was standing in line checked the reviews. Saw the most recent about the employee not wanting to be there and it's so true. I ordered my item and as soon as he swiped my card started walking away and said "Just sign at the bottom" on his way into the back. He's probably in high school but atleast act like you want to be there otherwise these reviews gonna add up. TLDR: Good ice and custard, terrible customer service
