Excellent food - and presentation Service was excellent and support team works well together . Ambience is funky, clever & unique , BUT needs some Fabric draped to absorb the sounds . Noisy!!! Charcuterie board was perfection. Salads were nice. Entres (4 diff on the table) were all very tasty. Eclectic atmosphere. Great food, just a tad pricey but will likely visit again.
Hands down, one of the VERY VERY BEST Vero Beach has to offer. Servicers are all attentive and friendly and the food is stupendous! Great variety on the menu and specials. Large wine and drink menu as well. Great for any occasion as well. River Twist never disappoints!

Great atmosphere, service was ok; two of us got the lamb chops, which were overcooked (grey throughout), others got the tuna, which was great. They have a fantastic wine list. Owner is super nice and visits the tables. Overall, I would love to return, and be specific on how well cooked your dish should be.

Incredible food in a beautiful space created by Chef Michael. We had the crab cake and the burrata appetizers and the scallop special for dinner. The food was amazing and the staff was absolutely lovely. This is a gem I highly recommend!

Love love love this place, highly recommend the food was to die for (had the tempura for an appetizer and chicken flatbread as my meal), but more importantly the customer service was amazing, I can’t get enough of this place. Kara, Lorraine, Sophie & Hailey were the best!

My first visit, 2 of the 4 guests had been there for lunch and based on that experience they wanted us to as well. It was even better than we had hoped. Unfortunately the Scallop special was 86'd. Our table enjoyed the veal, salmon, chicken and beef. All were outstanding! The restaurant was pretty crowded yet it was easy to hold a conversation which most restaurants you cannot. Service excellent and we never had to want for anything. Looking forward to coming back - also the Deserts were fantastic.

We all loved our meals! Service was great, food was delicious, interesting & the dessert was unique & yummy. If you are a foodie I would highly recommend this place. Our first time here, will go back! Little pricey, but you get what you pay for these days.

Excellent bourbon, scotch and vodka cocktails at the bar before dinner with Kara. Meals were beautifully presented, served hot and were delicious. The veal chop served over salad was very tender, moist and flavorful. The skewered shrimp were cooked perfectly. Everyone had a great evening and said they would return very soon.
