Busy, but very slow waitress. Party of 5 with reservation waited 25 minutes to be seated.Once seated 10 minutes before drinks order taken. We were ready to order but waitress said she would be back. Drinks brought to table, left without taking order. 2 tables that arrived after us now eating food. Finally food order taken.One request to take peanuts out of dish due to allergy and substitute broccoli was met with ' charge $2 additional for broccoli ' What about credit for removal of peanuts? No answer. Unacceptable charge.20 more minutes for food to be delivered. Paid check and left noticing added on ' $2.'Poor customer policy.Needs to be reviewed by management /owners.

This used to be my go-to Japanese restaurant. Not anymore! Its dingy, booths are ripped and tore up. The staff seems confused and the food was not worth getting doggie bags for. ?
