My wife and I are at Savor a month or so ago. Since then we've tried to go back twice and it has been closed. Not sure if both times were the same day.... I hope so, because I'd hate to see this restaurant go out of business. I had the grilled Caesar salad and a simple burger and it was all so delicious. Best burger I have had in Vero. Fries were done perfectly. The grilled Caesar was so very good as well. Service was attentive and excellent. Only suggestion was the dining room ambiance seemed out of place for the price and quality of the food, but don't let that keep you from dining here. The food is amazing. Hopefully they are still open. Can anyone confirm they are still open?

Great spot, great food, and awesome wait staff. Our waiter, John Paul was fantastic as he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and witty. All of our entrees we delicious and we each got something completely different (party of four). Appetizers, salads, and desserts we also very good. A new staple for us while in Vero.

Five of us had dinner on a Thursday evening, two days before Christmas. They weren't very busy, which was a bit of a concern when we arrived. After dinner concern changed to surprise as it was an excellent meal and the service was outstanding. We're visiting and assume the locals haven't yet discovered they've reopened.

This place is awesome!!! From the moment we walked in till we walked out, the staff and service were incredible! Our waiter, John Paul, was attentive and engaging! He had us laughing most of the night! The food and the drinks were incredible! We had the grilled rack of lamb, seared scallops, beet salad, mussels, the crostini appetizer and to top it all off, shared a creme brûlée for dessert! Everything was so delicious and cooked to perfection!!! I can’t say enough about this restaurant and we will definitely be going back!!!!!

We had come a few times for the happy hour special and sat at the bar; always enjoyed the wine and appetizers. Decided last minute to have dinner Thursday night (they even gave a Veteran's day discount for my husband). Food and service were both excellent! We started with fried green tomatoes, which were very good. Husband had rack of lamb and I ordered the halibut and risotto special. Both large portions and prepared perfectly. We enjoyed the wine, the atmosphere, and the service by John Paul. We have lived and traveled all over the world and are a bit picky about food, and Savor is a great choice for date night!

Husband had rack of lamb and I had the halibut special, both huge portions and prepared perfectly. Great wine selection and we also had fried green tomatoes for appetizer which were very good. John Paul was our server and he was hilarious and provided excellent service! Great date night out, might be our new favorite in Vero!

We are going back after a first time visit. We understand that Savor just reopened. Service by John Paul was very attentive and on-point. The scallop appetizer contained four of some the best pan seared scallops I have ever consumed. My companion's beef was over-salted for her taste, but the accompanying small potatoes were to die for. We were surprised that we were the only dining room guests at 7 pm although the bar had patrons. We think Savor could be the real deal. The next visit will inform that opinion.
While the food wasn't bad, it just wasn't as could as it appeared to be in photos. Was disappointing. Beet salad was served in a bowl, too much balsamic dressing and not enough arugula. They were out of the meatballs that looked delicious in Yelp photos so I had my second choice, gnocchi and rock shrimp with sweet pea purée. Again not on a plate as shown in photos, but the same bowl as the salad. Shrimp were cooked okay but half or quarter size as shown in photo. The purée was hard to find and taste was not detectable. We sat in the bar and seemed a little run down. I saw a waitress pour a vodka drink then actually drink from it on her way to a table. My husbands burger was huge but sort of tasteless. Fries were good and hot. All in all, a disappointment, we will not be back.

We had a large group of people, but had made reservations. We were seated on time, only had one waiter who was overwhelmed. When food finally arrived after an hour, 3 of the dinners could not be served because they were out. No prior information on that. Two others were not cooked correctly. Manager spent the evening walking around on the phone with no offer of apology until confronted. Never again.

This is by far the best meal we've ever eaten out! Everything was so great! Fine cuisine at it's best! service was great! Can't wait to bring family here!!! Appetizers, main courses and desserts all to die for. The Mac n cheese and meatloaf and NY strip melt in your mouth. Wow! Quite impressive!!!

Yelp it's really the best to help me find new restaurants to try when I am away from home. This was another excellent find. My husband and I each had the French onion soup and in my opinion It was one of the best I've had. I asked the chef what alcohol they used because it definitely tasted a little different and they said they used brandy which made it a little sweeter (and I think that that was why I loved it so very much)! The meatloaf was great, the sauce, the garlic mashed, the vegetables the salad, everything, really fresh, homemade and good. A restaurant worth leaving your house for! Ohhhhh and the Bananas Forster was perfect!!! (& our server Ginny was super nice n professional).
