We were pretty impressed the first time, but it all went to hell the second time around. We did not receive what we ordered and the service was very poor.Additionally, we waited so long for Jayne to come and help us to rectify what was not up to standards that we decided to blow it off. Will not be back again.ShameVegetarian options: We promised but not providedKid-friendliness: Not a place to bring childrenWheelchair accessibility: Not very goodDietary restrictions: On the website they say they will cater to you, but in reality they did not... ?

I have been there several times for dinner, classes and of course for tea. Everything I have had there is absolutely fabulous. The one time I did valentine's day there was the best valentine's day ever. You won't be disappointed. Everything is fresh and very good. Finally did a class there and it was so much more than I'd hoped-for. Had an amazing time. Would love to do it again. Maybe a short bread class! Or a chicken curry class. Love the curry. Thank you for everything.

Nice British atmosphere in this cute place. Enjoyed the tea and scones. Try it for a lazy afternoon.

I found the experience of going for a 2 tier cream tea quite disappointing. It has to be ordered and paid for online with an automatic 18% ($9) gratuity added. It cost over $62 for two people and basically consisted of a pot of tea, a scone each with jam and cream, and 1 1/2 sandwich each with a very skimpy amount of filling. The scone was good but it absolutely was not worth the money!

Had a Lovely Afternoon Tea , owner Jayne took time to explain all about tea and how this all came about , no group to big or too small.I am looking forward to more tea party's and trying the famous fish and chips at this Fabulous Mom and Pop British Store and Cafe .

We had a group of Lilly Pulitzer ladies enjoy tea today at Sealantro. This was a great experience! From the knowledgeable hostess to the delicious food & tea, we had the best time! 5 stars!!

Came here for afternoon tea with a group of friends and we had such a nice day! Jayne is a lovely hostess! All the food was very fresh and tasty and the tea service was perfect. She was very knowledgeable about all the tea she served and gave us a few history lessons about proper tea etiquette. I don’t eat meat and she also helped me to find some vegan products she had in her cold case to try at home. A real hidden gem in Vero. I will absolutely be back! Thank you, Jayne!

What a perfect little British Cafe! From delectable meat pies to proper fish & chips plus etiquette classes, imported food selections and Afternoon Tea. Hosted a Lilly Pulitzer Afternoon Tea with friends and had a wonderful day! Jayne was knowledgeable and offered proper etiquette advice (hold those pinkies down ladies!) with delicious finger foods, scones, clotted cream/jam and pink tea. Affordable fun for all! Can’t wait to see the article Vero Beach Magazine wrote about Jayne and her upcoming book. Great having them there to join in the festivities, too. Thank you all so much for your hard work! All of your employees were helpful and Jayne you truly went way above and beyond for all of us. Glad I went back in later that day and scored some fish and chips. Divine!!!!

We went for the Fish and Chips on friday and WOW! Perfectly cooked Cod and the imported potatoes made the best fries ever. Owner chef was there to greet us and the service was friendly and efficient. The dining room is undergoing some redecorating but did not detract much from the excellent experience. A homey, comfortable restaurant.

Not really sure how to rate my experience here other than "uncomfortable". I wanted to browse the market, and order something for lunch. I'd read so many wonderful things about this place. As I walked in, it was clear there was a large party enjoying afternoon tea. A lady who was waiting on them and appeared to be the only person there, continued without acknowledging my presence or saying anything - "I'll be with you in a second" or similar would have been nice. I occupied myself for a few minutes looking in their refrigerators and small market area still without any acknowledgement, so I just left. I'm not really sure what to make of the place. The whole vibe was just very cold and stiff. Perhaps if they are having a function of some kind and are closed to the public while they focus on the group, they might put a sign in the door or something so that other people don't feel as uncomfortable as I did. Caught at a bad time? I hope so and it certainly seems so given the other reviews. Wish them well, but not for me.

Amazing food! We went last night making sure to make reservations. The staff was very polite and attentive, the fish and chips was outstanding. Highly recommend going here and getting this. All around fantastic. "Those are French fries"-my husband we will be back.Parking: Parking was easy right in front of the store.

Awesome fish and real English chips made from real imported English potatoes. Great experience. Lots of English goodies in the store. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. I come from a fishing seaport near cape cod. I grew up on fish & chips. There was a fish and chip store practically on every street corner. If anyone knows what excellent fish and chips taste like it’s me. I can assure you these fish & chips did not meet the standard I grew up with. Not even close. Codfish was dry, both fish and batter was tasteless, no flavor at all - my husband agreed. We hadn’t had lunch so we were starved and ate it but was very dissatisfied. The “chips” were short fat French fries, mushy inside without any flavor or crispy batter. I’ve had much better coleslaw as well. Would not return. Would not recommend.

Incredible authentic British food. Jane the owner is a superb baker, just like me Mum!! Food is all fresh and beautifully served. Her frozen foods are all British favorites and delicious. Do't miss this place for a really good English Tea or tuck in!!
