I was about to order a sandwich until I saw the flies and other insects all over the uncovered food, absolutely disgusting. The space is also incredibly small/cramped, you're basically standing on top of the dining tables to order. First and last time I'll ever consider going to this subway.

I absolutely love Flora and midnite. They always greet me with a big smile. It's very welcoming and I can taste that my food is made with love and care. All the vegetables were wilted with significant freezer burn. Every canister had a thick layer of ice, and nothing looked "fresh." There was a fly on the bread, but when we mentioned it to the server, she cleared it away and served us fresh bread. She also provided new vegetables from the back refrigerator for our subs. However, the frozen and wilted vegetables on display were still not replaced. The service was friendly. The freshness and cleanliness were very poor.

It seems to me that 1... they need to train their people on how to make sandwiches better. And 2 .. everytime I order online for pick up, it seems they put less meat because you are not watching... I actually had to open my sandwich to see if I had meat because half way through the sandwich I didn't taste any! It had 1 thin layer of meat. Not good BUSINESS Subway....... Do Better..... Took a pic of this sad sandwich but you have no option to post it.... probably smart on your end....
