NEVER AGAIN! Subway has gotten progressively worse as time goes by, and this location is absolutely horrible. We ordered two footlongs, #17 roast beef. The photo on the wall and website shows beef layered & stacked inside the sandwich. We got ONE layer of roast beef across the bread! There were barely any condiments; no fresh spinach, green bell peppers, or olives available, and the few things they offered had no taste at all. The sandwiches were mostly bread, which also didn't taste freshly made. The guy making the sandwiches was nice, but he kept forgetting what we ordered, even tho we were the only customers. I'll pay the extra from now on and go to Jersey Mike's, where I KNOW everything tastes awesome and is actually fresh.

Usually had a good experience picking up subs here- but today when I made a Buy one get one order which on the app his store honors since the promo code worked. When I went in to pick up subs I was asked by( I assume the owner-He is always there-) What was the promo code you used? I am thinkin huh -why would he ask me that-like he was suprised it was by one get one. Well let me tell you my wife's sub - She usually gets her custom veggie sub- red onions extra green peppers spinach jack cheese tomatoes and peppercorn ranch. Half the spinach was rotten- like hardly no onions- extra peppers-A big Nope! Hardly any onions or peppers and some rotten spinach. It's like we were punished this time because we got the promo BOGOFL. So good thing we got one veggie sub free because - we had to throw it out anyway. So yeah we won't be back-

I hope the owner sees this and I wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman that was working. I was there on 4/12 at 11am. The man that was working was extremely kind and efficient. That is rare these days and I wanted to give him a big shout out! I didn't have cash and paid with a card. I left him a 10$ tip. Please make sure he gets it. You are very blessed to have such a devoted enployee.❤️?

Worst service I’ve ever received at a subway, the gentleman behind the counter was rushing us the second we walked in the door and then got mad when we told him to give us a little more time. He then accused me of saying rude things under my breath and told me that I had an attitude, then proceeded to raise his voice at me when nobody was being disrespectful towards him. I then was getting ready to walk out the door and as I did he then made a racist comment because of the color of my skin saying “I knew you were going to do that the second you walked through the door”. So, I walked out and went to Jimmy Johns where I received better customer service.
Went to this Subway with promo code. Subway website listed them as participating store for promo. I was told the store owner has decided not to accept promos. They are however still advertised as accepting them on the Subway website. Went to a second Subway and was told they accepted the promo but not the code offered by Subway website. A physical coupon was needed. Went to Jersey Mikes instead.

I agree with others here that TJ is fantastic...my problem though...when you get to counter, the notice there says to present coupons first before ordering (that's fine) directly underneath was a notice that showed all the coupons NOT accepted......ALL OF THEM WERE LISTED!The ones we had just gotten in the mail could not be used.Sorry but, this is not good customer care
