I came in with 10 subs to order. Hannah greeted myself and my mother at the counter and complimented my daughter. She answered all my questions while maintaining a very positive attitude. She made all 10 of my subs, with the help of the lady working with her, perfectly. I was trying to leave this review for this store on the website, but didn't have the reciept and couldn't figure out the store number. Thank you Hannah so much for your positivity and making my subs. You made my night quick and easy.

when I come in she has both headphones in. I ask to have my sub made and she puts a line of mayo on my bread doesn't even spread it out to actually coat the bread like I asked her to, so the sandwich is dry. I asked her for oil and vin on the side and appa there we no to go cups to put them in so I was forced to put it on it and it was still dry. I tried to spark a conversation as she's making my sandwich and she wasn't joyful at all. didn't even pretend to. this is why Publix subs will ALWAYS be better than subway.

The girl behind the counter this morning was not in a good mood and just plain rude. I walked up and said hello, she said "you have to wait I'm doing bread." So I waited. I was going to order 3 subs. I asked for an egg...she said, "we don't serve eggs". How about...she interrupted me and said, "toaster is broke, there is a sign, but it's behind the bread and I had to do bread". I left. So much negative attitude. Why should we ever go back?

I am disappointed with this location because they have one oven to heat up sandwiches or the meats. I don't like anything cooked in a microwave.This location has great staff but needs more updated equipment.This Truck stop was the worst 4 days spent here waiting to make my delivery.

On several occasions I have come for a sandwich and the clerk does not answer me because she is on the phone busy on social networks and then treats me in a very bad way, I called the manager of the place and she also treated me without respect or cordiality, I will not go but it was very unpleasant 09/15/2022 3:33pm

Stopped to grab a sub while on the road. Two people working, one on the phone at the counter and the other shooting the breeze with the custodian from the gas station. After the custodian left, I stepped up to the counter and waited to be helped. While waiting, I watched one worker drop an opened package of flat bread onto the floor. She picked them up and then put them in the bread holder/warmer instead of the trash. I left without ordering because I was disgusted.

Worst subway I've ever stopped at. They only had white and wheat bread. Asked for mayo and they were out,asked the person serving if he had more at the back and he said yes but it would take too long to get it. There were flies everywhere. Sub-way,please do better.
The most miserable staff I've ever encountered. Made the DMV seem like a daycare center. Had nothing in stock. No hot sandwiches. No tuna. No veggie patties. And so extremely rude about it on top of it. There are other subways in the area and you should go to them instead.

Disappointed to leave this review for the owner.I was Saturday and Sunday in the place and I will say fatal what it has of employees.It makes me sad that a person pays his employees to do nothing.On Saturday afternoon they didn't sell anything, they were just hiding in the back singing with music.Sunday morning they told everyone to go only cold ham and cheese sandwich. and on Sunday afternoon just singing and hiding.When people stand in front to be served, they go because the employees are in the back lying on a caunter singing and the music is loud, believing they are in a nightclub.The owner should have better control of his employees and look at how much money he really makes at the time because I really have no doubt that with those employees he is in financial trouble because they are only going to get a salary and not work or serve customers.

Stopped today 3/15/2021 at 2:40 pm. Only customer in line. Ordered a toasted italian bmt with swiss on toasted italian herb and cheese. He was talking to another employee and taking a very long time too. After a good 5 minutes I said lto and tiny bit of sweet onion sauce. Got to work an hour later tried to eat. No meat or cheese on my sub. No manager on duty at subway but spoke to someone from popeyes named Kia. She said to bring it back and get a new one. Im at work till 1130 pm. They close at 9pm. This is a 10$ mistake I wont be making again. Gave subway a try after a 5 year hiatus and was quickly reminded why I dont care for them. I may try to take this to them tommorow but really time is money and this is really pathetic.
