I visited this location on Friday and had the best service I’ve ever had. I typically go to another location but happened to be in the area so went to this one. Ashley served me and she was absolutely great! She was super nice and fun to talk to and made my smoothie the best I’ve ever had it. I’m definitely going to start coming to this location instead of my previous one!

Me and my daughter placed an order my daughter received her Order. Several other customers came orders were made. The two servers were eating food in the back product was left out on top of the counter for other customers that were towering over them, which is a food defense issue and a contamination issue. I waited over 15 minutes. They forgot to make my order. I asked for a refund and was told by the two associates tropical smoothie per corporate does not issue refunds on any orders, which is false because there’s no posting of any kind of no refunds. I also called corporate and other local tropical smoothies, and they stated if your order was never made, your refund should’ve been issued. Luckily, the manager reached out to me and said they were going to make this, right. Unfortunately, their staff doesn’t depict that kind of service.

Ordered a Baja Wrap, Carib Jerk Wrap, and Bahama mama with 2 sides- Smoothie was watery- Baja wrap was missing the salsa, and chicken literally only had rice guac onions and cheese- asked for baked lays and sea salt and got vinagerOverall most of my order was messed up

Received an extremely watery smoothie. Employee “repaired” the smoothie by adding ice. She realized that she made it too thick so she added more water. Smoothie had no flavor. We were denied a refund. Employee overcompensated by remaking a smoothie with way too much powder (gritty tasting smoothie). The whole experience was a FAIL.

Kaitlyn (not sure if that is correct spelling) IS AMAZING. I mobile order and the app does not always give me the options to adjust my order in the way I want. She knows my name my order and she exceeds my expectations everytime she is working. I trust my service will be incredible when I walk in and see her.

Delicious!!!! We took the soccer team after a game and the staff was so friendly and positive despite being bombarded by us. So good we went back the next day. Try the Baja chicken wrap. Delicious
