So recently, I was at Vero bowling and I was with my son who has special needs and I asked for one of the lane that has the guards in one of the workers named Tyler called my son a “retard” and I have never been so offended in my life. I walked out, and I just wish that God can forgive Tyler and his soul because this is not a good way to attract customers, and I do not believe that he is a kind soul.

I enjoy bowling leagues there, it's a mix of young and really old people (hahaha)Their pizza is really, really good for bowling alley pizza. Only downfall is when they run out of lemonade and I'm stuck with either pepsi or root beer.

Went at 5 on a Tuesday. Stood at the counter for several minutes without attention from attendant behind the counter. Went to bar area for food. Sat at a table for more than 10 min. Not even a nod of acknowledgement from the 2 women behind the bar or the waitress on the lanes. Left without service. Terrible atmosphere.
