It's always a decent visit. Nothing special and nothing wrong. We get chips and salsa ( the only reason we come here) and entrees. Food is always cooked the same with no issues. Server is typically pleasant and this time was no different.

I did an online order for pickup at the Viera location. I arrived very early and wasn't sure if they would be able to work on my order right away or not. Kayla the server and Donnie the manager were incredibly helpful. The customer service was exceptional. The quality of the food was excellent and an incredible value. This location has a great team. We will definitely be back.

Ordered honey chipotle ribs, jalapeno sausage x2, and honey chipotle chicken x. 2 and Nashville hot chicken. To start they brought out the wrong flavor of ribs so had to wait for the right flavor, took a bite of the sausage and it was cold. Server took sausage back to kitchen so decided to try the tenders, and those too were cold. Didn't offer to remake our food, never even seen a manager. Was a very disappointing experience for sure.

My only complaint was the kitchen using the F… word over and over, obviously fighting with someone. I’m still hearing it. Very unprofessional. So sad. One of the reasons we come very seldom. Not very professional.
Service at bar was excellent. Our bar waiter knew exactly what we ordered in past and she was fast hard worker also very friendly and pleasant.

Took my teen out for lunch after Urban Air (great!) Service was slow. Seemed like a combo of new server and slow kitchen. The triple Dipper was good but the fries were just slightly warmer than room temp and our wait after ordering was nearly 20 minutes.

I've always liked Chili's food. This one only disappointed in that the side servings (sour cream, salsa, & guacamole) were not sufficient for the quesadilla I ordered. Easy fix but just another example of cost cutting that doesn't serve a restaurant well when being reviewed.Vegetarian options: Non existent
Just spent 70. including tip for take-out and the food was awful. No dressing and salad was lacking. If ordering take-out check your order before leaving I feel
