My husband and I stopped at Beef's as we have been to a few different ones so we wanted to check out the new one. The food was really good and service was great. I waited to long to write this and I am unsure of her name (Tonya?) She was the bartender today and assistant manager? Definitely will stop back next time we go that way.

Dinner out for six of us. Meals came out at different times. My husband had a hair in his dinner. He sent it back and ordered something different. No discount for problem, no apology. Floor was sticky. Extremely disappointing. We have eaten at other Beef o Brady’s and had great experience. This was terrible and we will NEVER come to this restaurant again. This would have been dealt with much differently by management at any other restaurant. Too bad.

A group of six of us from Canada went for a bite to eat. My friend ordered fish and chips. He just started eating and noticed a hair on his food. Our server took it back and ordered the chicken bites instead. Our server talked to the manager and the manager told her they were not taking anything off his bill. He wasn’t looking for a free meal but thought maybe they would have taken his pop off or a few dollars. We are here for the winter each year and we will be sure to never come back. Totally poor management!!

Typical Beef o Brady's, for food and atmosphere. Something about small towns though, the food seems to be made just a little better.I'd recommend this requirement in the fact you can offer familiar items, and they just likely will be better than in the city.
