I love those burgers but they screwed up my order. I shouldn't have to unwrap everything to be sure the order is correct. Now I know I need to. I ended up with a pissed off husband because he did get the double he wanted.

Well, guess it's the sign of the times.. Biscuits are smaller than they used to be. Prices a LOT higher than they used to be. Quality and taste of the food not as good or as tasty as it used to be. Think the demise of all fast food places is not too far away. Sad

Sent my husband through the DT about 9:35 to grab me a burger combo on his way home. Been down sick for a couple days needed something besides soup to put on my stomach. . Finally, had a taste for a good burger and I get a burger that been sitting around all day long. If that’s the case don’t say you close at 10pm and close earlier. I care where I spend my hard earned money and this right here is unacceptable. Hardee’s food is not cheap. And we come at least once a week. Very disappointed!

Hardee's is good. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she surely makes a difference. Very nice and helpful.
Absolutely disgusted by the way we saw the male "manager" treating staff! Who appears to be taking his job way too seriously, and comes off as if he missed his day at the police academy! This excuse of a "man" was treating his staff like garbage! This was on Saturday February 24th around 2-3pm. We will never bring our business here again! Their is NO excuse for ANYONE to treat someone that way, especially at a minimum wage job that is barely paying the bills for most folks. I hope all of the FEMALE staff we saw are recognized for their ability to put up with such behavior, especially the poor cashier girl at the front who was made to cry in front of others! No excuses for such garbage behavior, coming from some guy whose ego needs deflating. Treat your employees better, learn to communicate "problems" effectively without being a POS. If you've ever worked Fast Food you KNOW management is what makes the job (and food!) suck.

Went to checkers for the first time and I will never go back to Hardee's. Four sandwiches and a small. Fry $32+. Absolutely ridiculous and 2 of the sandwiches were not correct. I will continue to give Checkers my business and the food was probably 70% better.
