I went to get an original pretzel for my birthday. I get there and two people are working. I was told it'd be 10 minutes. I went over to Cinnabon in the meantime (That to be made as well). One of the Auntie employees came over to Cinnabon and asked the solo employee to make a pretzel. I decided to walk over to CPK to pick up a take order.That took time and returned well after 10 minutes. The Cinnabon was just getting glazed, so great timing. I walked next door to the Auntie kiosk and she told me it's be 10 minutes. The pretzel hadn't been made! At that point it had been close to 30 minutes. I was very upset but I wasn't coming back so I said fine I'll wait. While I'm waiting the cashier tells me the other girl who was making the bites doesn't like to make the pretzels and that's why she asked her brother. She felt bad, apologized, and offered me something for free. I wasn't happy and really wanted to say something but since she acknowledged the fact that it wasn't great customer service I let it go. At that time my pretzel was ready. She handed me the bag, I get to the car, start driving and once I'm on 441 I dig into my bag only to find out they made the wrong pretzel!!

Ordered two pretzel bites. Cashier asked "Do you want caramel or sweet?" I assumed it was included by his wording. Nope, was apparently $1 extra for each. I asked for two frozen strawberry lemonades. He didn't ask what size and charged me for two large ones. Didn't notice all this until after I paid since I had two kids with me. At least it was good.
