Celebrating a birthday. Told waitress as soon as we were seated to bring out brownie dessert for birthday after dinner.Table was never cleared and here she comes with dessert. As ice cream was melting, we proceeded to pile the dirty plates up to make room for dessert. Dirty plates were never removed.The fish sandwich was huge but greasy.Not our favorite place for dinner .

The food was great and Felicia was the best. We were at bonefish yesterday and this place usually everyone is so nice but don't know what happened with this place, the bartender I think Jenn is her name, she is always rude and doesn't smile. We had had a party of like 15 people and had to move furniture ourselves . The manager on duty never came over to see how we were doing. Just very upsetting for this place to go down hill because the food is good but the staff needs to be nicer. Our waitress angela was very nice. Was in your restaurant this afternoon and the service was the worst I have ever seen. This place used to be the best and a draft beer for 4.50 just wow, guess it explains why it wasn't that crowded like it used to be. We had to keep going to the bar to get a drink cause the waitress never asked. Just horrible, I see another great restaurant going out of business soon.

Worst lunch I’ve had in a long time. French fries were rubbery , texture like they were microwaved. Not just mine but my friends as well. Asked for new fries. Came out with 2 new orders. They were hot but still chewy. Neither of us would eat them. Burger is just a frozen patty , not much flavor. My buddy ordered the Philly cheesesteak. I warned him because the menu described it as roast beef. Needless to say it was just like sauteed roast beef with a lb of salt and cheese. That wasn’t eaten either.

Love the food and atmosphere here, but they made us stand around for 20 minutes without seating us even though there were numerous open tables. They were busy in the kitchen, which is totally understandable, so we just asked if we could order drinks and sit at one of the 10 open tables, and the manager said no. That’s just bad business.

Food is good, good portions, fresh seafood. Service was so-so. Not very attentive, empty cups, piles of empty app plates, etc. Menus were all sticky. Atmosphere is decent, but needs a freshen up. Jerk wings were AMAZING, fall off the bone delicious.
