Ordered pickup - 2 salads and 1 soup. Arrived on time. When I arrived only soup was ready. 8 minutes later first salad was ready. All this time soup is chilling on counter. I had to suggest to counter people perhaps it would be a good idea to put soup in warmer. 10 minutes later second salad arrives. But during the wait time second counter person takes out soup and adds it into shopping bag and tells me that my order is finished. I tell person we probably need to wait for second salad. Keystone cops routine.

Charlotte was awesome!! Food was delicious and service was amazing. She was so quick to refill our drinks, our food came out super fast and accurate, and she was very friendly! Couldn’t decide between the pasta and the pizza so we got both and they were equally delicious. Also that promo is so fun the “thank you cards”.

I got big orders tonight the food was good but what I was wondering, is about the bread look how they give out the bread to the order..
Came here with some family members for the first time in about a decade. Very nice atmosphere and we were quickly sat down. Menu is nice, varied, and orderly. Our waitress, Heather, was very polite and accommodating. My only complaint was our food took a while to come out, but that’s the kitchen’s problem, not the waitress. All our food came out great with no complaints.

Stopped in to CPK today for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server CJ was the best! She was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable of the food items. Our meal was delivered promptly, hot and fresh. The ingredients were superior in taste and texture. CJ continually stopped by the table for ice tea refills and to make sure all our needs were met. At the conclusions the prices were more than fair for the quality and quantity of the food. The restaurant as a whole was clean and in good repair. This is definitely a place we will return too.

The waitress was nice however the food wasn’t as good. The buffalo cauliflower weren’t as good. I don’t know if the oil was old or the cauliflower was old… my son’s chicken nuggets were hard (but he ate them)
