Neglected Service ExperienceWe sat down, and our order was not taken for about 30 minutes. During this time, the employees were conversing with one another, neglecting to attend to the outdoor seating area. The service was extremely disappointing, and if possible, I would not give a rating.I had brought family members to this establishment due to my high recommendations of the food. However, the lackluster service overshadowed the dining experience on this occasion.

Paid 17.00 for veggie fajitas....asked to add chicken. That was extra 6.00 and had 4 small pieces of chicken. Only a small spoonful of sour cream and gucamole. Service was ok....probably won't be back. Not worth the money. Didn't even have leftovers at 23.00

Inconsistent. I ordered Chicken Mole' and the first time it was excellent. We went back tonight. Which is about three weeks later and it was totally different. The first time you could taste the chocolate, this time it was bitter. Shows inconsistency. Service was good. Ambiance was decent. Typical Mexican restaurant. I will give another shot. Hopefully the will get it right.

My boyfriend & I absolutely love it here. We typically sit at the bar & Manuel always makes us feel like family. we always laugh & have a good time when we're here. we come here almost every sunday. the food and drinks are always delicious & well prepared. we have never had a bad experience here. definitely would recommend!

Absolute worst service ever. I have been coming to this place for years and this is the very first time I take my time to share how bad me and my friend were treated by a Server named LEO. No sense of customer service and could clearly tell he was treating other people around differently. He seems to be upset and not happy about being at work. I ask for shrimp tacos and was told that I needed to get the entire plate which I then ended up asking for two tacos in the side. He assumed I wanted hard tacos and all I got was two hard soggy chicken Taco Bell looking tacos. LEO needs to learn better customer service when dealing with people. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my last visit to Casa Tequila Wellington. Which I think you guys just lost a client.

I have going there for years. the service used to be good. Here lately it leaves a lot to be desired. I heard the ownersh changed recently. The service is slow. Manager yells at employees in front of customers. Manager is intransigent and doesn't try to accommodate the customers. Oh, and they don't honor their coupons. Food is stil decent though

My school hosted our New Years celebration here! From the moment I called to make the reservation all the way through the end! Our experience was nothing less than epic! The manager Manuel was fantastic! He's professionalism and ability to handle our school staff was first class! Hands down the best celebration so far. We will be back!

HA! my first review I was trying to be nice. perhaps rather than bashing unhappy customers who had high hopes for your establishment and higher expectations for the quality of food, decor and service, you should take the time improving your business. I'm sure there are nice people working there, but you're in a customer service industry. Your staff, likely undocumented, that " are still learning to speak English, is the LEAST of your problems! I don't expect you'll be in business long with the far below par way that you run it, the crap food and your petulant temper tantrums directed at patrons in line for bad reviews. You CLEARLY don't know how to run a restaurant and ANYONE that thinks your food is good has obviously never had decent Mexican food. Save your money people! avoid this place , the crap food, hideous half assed decor, fluorescent lighting and psycho owner
