Sooo I love chilis ..been going a long time but this location seems to be a hit and miss ...lately my takeout margarita chx has been having like half portions....rice contianer and bean container were half filled and my chx was super small ...now I get this alot and I know when I'm being shorted ...unless every other time I'm being given an extra generous amount....also one of my honey chipotle crisper meal had almost zero honey chipotle sauce on it ...I love chilis so do better ...pls

Located next to the Wellington Mall, this Chilis location was clean, easy to park, easy to access. We got seated right away, ordered with 2 minutes, and our food came out in another 5 mins. Our food was hot and delicious. Not a single complaint. Came out exactly how we ordered it. Paid and was on our merry way. On Saturday 3/9/24 at about 630 pm. My family and I were greeted politely by the hostess and she seated us and said our waitress will be with us in a moment. After, 15 minutes of being seated no one came to take a drink order, or said I will be with you in a moment. My husband got up and asked the hostess if we can have a waiter she said I will get them to come and no one came. After, waiting 10 more minutes we see the waitress greet the next table that was just seated walk pass us and back and didn’t say anything. I asked for the manager and told her about the experience she asked if we wanted to eat and be seated again we said no and express how unhappy, unprofessional, and low this experience made us feel. My husband and will not be returning and will be letting our friends and family know about the experience and to not go to this location.

Hostess literally said with multiple open tables that there was a 15 to 30 minute wait because the kitchen was struggling...went to the bar. Bar tender did the best she could, but another co-worker came out and said a table was leaving but screw them if they couldn't wait. Terrible experience, food was over cooked, our bar tender was the only highlight.

All I had were boneless wings honey barbecueAndThe skillet chocolate chip cookie. I literally checked the menus to get the name right because it was so euphoric.Chocolate chip cookie to me is so good I’d get the pillsbury and cook it on the stove eat it mid bake.They not only got just the right time to chale the cookie but the vanilla still shined it just vibrated complementary to the cookie.Perfectly bakedChef, whoever you are dude, you got a talent. Bravo dude.
