Best place to take a hot coffee

I am a frequent customer of this Dunkin and truly only because of the days Alina and Mona are working. They are the epitome of excellent customer service, and the store always looks incredible when they are on staff. Other times, I think the store suffers, sadly. The best stores prosper with the right people.One day I even asked Alina if she was the owner because I saw her working so hard cleaning cheerfully, quickly doing orders, creating relationships with customers, smiling and happy while doing it, she just “Had it down”. When she told me she wasn’t the owner, I was shocked since I could tell how much she valued her work and the brand. Mona is always smiling, goes above and beyond as well. Thanks for always making my morning GREAT to these two at this Dunkin!

I experienced the staff bullying other workers calling them fat and rolling their eyes. It was heartbreaking. This store needs adult management. Unacceptable.

I went here to grab breakfast, the 2 girls at the register charged me for a sandwich I didn’t order, and when I asked them to refund it, they charged me AGAIN for the same sandwich instead of returning the charge. Both employees at the store didn’t know how to work the register and had to call her boss because she didn’t know how to void the sale or process a refund. Then they tell me that they voided my charge, but on my bank account statement they still over charged me $10! I asked for the managers name and contact number and Alina the woman who overcharged me got all spooked and googled a random number to call and when I attempted to call, no response at all. This is disgusting. You over charge me, tell me it will be returned and then never refund me. And then when I try and reach out to the only person who can actually help they give me a false number. Never spending another dime at this store again.

Slow service. Sunday morning, long line, crowded. Waited 20 minutes for a simple coffee ordered online. Bathroom was a mess and had no toilet paper!Parking: Ample parking.

The manager at Dunkin' Donuts is is mad disrespectful and rude and she has always been very moody , I was highly upset about my order I understand it was busy and instead of her helping me and offering me something else I wanted, she refused to help me for something I wanted and told me to go to another store number 1 and number 2 , she treats all of her employees like shit , iam a regular I come to this store all the time and I speak creole my damn self !!! and I over hear the manager on the phone talking about her own employees about all of them and that is mad disrespectful and disgusting of how highly she speaks about all of her employees. Very inappropriate and very unprofessional. Idk who promoted her to be manager , I never see her doing anything !!!!

Walked in around 10 am Saturday. Girl behind counter was rolling her eyes and making faces to me to communicate her contempt for the elderly lady she was helping. Only about 2 dozen donuts left in case (the ones nobody likes). Asked if there were more in back or something, girl rudely stated "that's all we got". I got suspicious and asked if they were fresh today, she said "I got here at 7". When I said that's not what I asked, she repeatedly and loudly stated "I answered your question, you wanna talk to my manager?" I did. Her attitude wasn't much better. The donut I got my son was dry and stale. Probably yesterday's, even if not, definitely not worth the money, the attitude, bussing my own table because there were no clean ones, or walking to the store because they've never not screwed up an online order.

Just ordered from this dunkin. Wouldn't have had any other problem except when my entire order was called out I didn't check the bag because they stated everything was there. Ordered a medium coffee, two sets of everything stuffed bagels, a bacon egg and cheese wrap and a Sweet Black Pepper bacon egg and cheese sandwich that I paid extra for them to add egg and cheese. I drive all the way home to find out that instead of my Sweet Black pepper sand they gave me an extra bacon egg and cheese wrap. The one item I was really looking forward to and paid extra for they totally forgot yet when they called the order it was the first item they mentioned... bag checkers would be nice!

unfortunately I live by this by this branch and every morning is the same thing you wait at least 15 minutes for a simple coffee and what gets me the most is that even though they know they are super slow half of them working there still have a very stank attitude step it up Wellington
