The coffee is always made right. The food, eh. However, when YOUR CARD MACHINE GOES DOWN, maybe try not blaming the customer in ear shot "well, he does have a chime card" ... rude staff, for no reason at all.

Stopped in for some coffee and a sandwich and walked in because the drive-through was full of cars. Nobody was helping me for a minute or two and a young woman noticed that she was doing and came over and took my order which I thought was very nice and she was very pleasant and friendly. Then another person got my coffee immediately and another person delivered my sandwich within five minutes or so. I didn't expect much from the sandwich because it's a fast food place but actually was very good. I will stop here again.

I'm leaving a bad review not to be a jerk but to hopefully notify management that something needs to change. This Dunkin is extremely unorganized. I try to order my items 30 minutes in advance to give them time to put everything together but every day I get there there is a pickup line out the door because no one is putting anything together. Today I saw probably 10 tickets hanging from the printer and 10 more laid out on the table with no one working on them. Everyone was running around with no coordination for who was doing what and no one was being served. It was a mess.

Expected an uneventful drive-through order.Requested 2 glazed donuts. Paid and drove off.When I was at my destination to give to my mother the donuts, I found the bag was torn on the bottom and the donuts were WET, very WETI could not give these to my mother, so on principal, I drove back, walked into the store only to be told that they were not wet and it was the glaze.I have eaten glazed donuts all my life and have NEVER encountered any glazed donut being clearly wet. It was not glaze. But the clearly inexperienced boy behind the counter insisted it was, even after removing it, at my request to feel and see it.He CLEARLY could not care less...Claiming they came in that way.I requested a refund on principal, and to tell the manager how could they serve something like that to customers.No one cared. Very poor staff, manager. Store inside was dirty and untidy.I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. I will NEVER purchase there again under any circumstances.

I was hand, a coffee, and some of it spilled on me. Then I gave him a couple of dollars in cash and the rest to be charged to my card. Instead he kept the cash and he charge my card. I did not notice until I looked at my account. Otherwise I would’ve gone in and said some thing I will never go back to this location.

Every time I get my food through the drive through I ALWAYS ( 9/10 times ) have to pull around and correct their mistakes. What's the point of the convenience of a drive thru if you have to walk in anyways. They never double check their orders before sending them off through the window and or give me food I didn't even order. They're always laughing and or joking and not taking anything seriously, it's frustrating when you really like DD but can't stand certain locations for the lack integrity and or ambiance. Another thing... why are they always out of stuff? They're never that busy to be out of donuts and bagels.? Like how is DD out of donuts/bagels at 12pm on a Thursday afternoon.. I'm baffled lol.

I did a mobile pick up order and by the time I got to the window my iced latte was melted. The cold foam was minimal and it was overall a let down. Starbucks is in the same shopping center so since they can’t be consistent I’ll go to Starbucks where they are.

6:30PM on a Tuesday. Lights are all on. Drive thru board displaying the menu. Canned message comes through the speaker saying they're closed, come back during regular business hours. Pulled up to the window and there was a man in there who wouldn't acknowledge my presence. Google and your website both say you're open until 7PM. Closing early wouldn't have been a big deal if you didn't pretend you didn't see me at the window. That just made it weird. No worries there's like 6 other DDs in Wellington.
