I had the pleasure of dining at Franco’s Italian bistro last night and was absolutely delighted by the impeccable service provided by our waiter, Christian. From the moment we were seated, Christian made us feel welcomed and attended to. His warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for the menu set a wonderful tone for the evening.Throughout the meal, Christian demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that each dish was served promptly and with care. He attentively checked on us to ensure everything met our expectations, and he was quick to address any requests we had.What truly stood out was Christian’s genuine passion for creating a memorable dining experience. His attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional service truly elevated our evening. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work, and it certainly does not go unnoticed.Overall, our experience at Franco’s was made even more enjoyable thanks to the outstanding service provided by Christian. Franco’s is a high class restaurant in Wellington. I’ve been many of times and I’ve never been let down, Franco’s consistently brings high quality meals and service. The manager Steve goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and feel at home, as well as James. I highly recommend Franco’s to anyone in the area looking for a fine dining experience.

Steve assistant manager was amazing. (You’re welcome Steve)., Daniel the waiter was better; but mentioned fish tacos which unfortunately were not available at this Italian restaurant. (Pun intended) Daniel was incredibly attentive and made our experience memorable.. ❤️

I eat here about once a month. The food is always delicious. The service is attentive without being obtrusive. James is a delight. He always has a smile, is upbeat and welcoming.Parking: Francos is on the outskirts of the Wellington Green Mall. There is lots of free parking.
The worst experience ever! Had a reservation and when we arrived we were told we couldn’t be seated for another 20 minutes. On our way in the door one of the members of our party almost tripped over the tray stand by the front door. Seconds later staff pushed us aside carrying dirty dishes. The “host” was very arrogant. He suggested we go to the bar until our table was ready. We went to the bar and after 25 minutes we went to ask how much longer and the host yelled that he had already called our name. He got very loud and caused a scene. We will never return!!!!!

Food was delicious. I was surprised how crowded it was for a Sunday night. I had booked a table for 7 and they called me and told me to come at 7:15. We arrived and we're seated a few minutes later but unfortunately the only table left was next to the kitchen. Other than that it was great.

A very nice experience with good food and professional service. Nice outdoor seating and inviting interior with a bar. I am not a fan of the Carbonara but everything else was great.Vegetarian options: They will prepare to order to make dishes vegan if desired.

Food and service are fabulous! Our waiter was knowledgeable, patient, very attentive and an absolute pleasure. We love the outdoor patio - less frantic on a weeknight. Highly recommend- enjoy!!
They totally messed up my order and I left there without eating an entree. Our server was an absolute disaster. He wouldn't even check with the chef to see if he could make substitutions for my allergies. The manager was very apologetic and he took my meal and my drink off the bill. Will not be returning anytime soon.
