McDonald's is superior to other fast-food establishments in general. My main grievance is with the ordering procedure—kiosks vs. counter. It might be frustrating and confusing for customers when it's busy. For me, McDonald's burgers and fries are superior to those of the competitors.

2 quarter pounders were cold like they were just taken out of the fridge. Fries were also not hot or salty enough. I asked for the q.p. to be microwaved and the girl I gave it to said Ohh, this IS cold. So after she nuked it, it was STILL not hot enough, cheese not even melted. Never going back.

First of all, the food here is great. The burgers are juicy and cooked to perfection, not to mention the famous crispy fries. The service was excellent, the cashier treated me with respect and got my order right, in under 5 minutes. The McDonald's restaurant atmosphere and ambiance feels like I am immersed in a 5-star restaurant. Overall, I would recommend going there with family or friends for a quick bite!

They close at 11pm even though a google search indicates the location is open 24hrs. The drive through has an automated message that says they will be with you in a moment…they won’t.

The Chicken biscuit has always been my go-to breakfast sandwich! It had been a while since I had one and it just felt like the perfect choice for me today. I really appreciated how clean the place was - they even had a gentleman constantly cleaning to ensure everything was ready for us guests. Let me tell you, the Chicken Biscuit I received at this location was absolutely amazing. It has to be one of the best Chicken Biscuits I've had in such a long time. The chicken was incredibly fresh, not hard, dry, or old like some I've had at other places. And the biscuit was perfect - nice and soft, definitely not hard or dry. I can't thank them enough for making my day with this delicious breakfast.

Chelsea has got to be the rudest person I have ever encountered when it was definitely a mistake her deamanor is unacceptable after speaking to a manager on Tuesday at 2:21 PM. I could not recall her name, but she was aware well seem to wear when I called her yesterday not sure of the woman’s name but it was 2:31 PM Tuesday January 2, 2023. She was very nice I explain to her I was in drive-through. I got an extra soda and I got meals that was incorrect and they were aware of the situation I guess probably from another person that had the issue of the wrong meal with that being said, I was on my way to Wellington Regional hospital to visit a loved one and was bringing them food. I was not able to go back due to me having to be at work after I visited a loved one at Wellington regional hospital so I explain to the manager yesterday on Tuesday that I would not be able to come back today. She advised me no problem I will put your name as you Gotta do is say you spoke with me and they will handle it, so what I did was instead of driving all the way there today I called I could not recall the woman that I spoke with but as a manager you would know who is on manager of the prior day I’m assuming that you would know who the manager was so when I’m asking this rude individual Chelsea who claims to be a manager. She got very nasty with me. When I said well I was supposed to get two spicy McChicken bundle deals. She uttered well you’re wrong because we don’t even have Mc chickens and I said OK they were spicy chickens. I apologize but I know what I ordered. I know it’s on my receipt and I know what I paid and what I got wrong so she started being rude with me saying that I was rude with her and I told her no problem don’t worry about it. I will contact corporate on her her response was go right ahead great employee, you guys have a McDonald’s give people who need a a job as there is a lot of people out here that need employment. This individual does not need to deal with the public especially as a manager bad example, so it explains why I’ve probably gotten the wrong food there but this time I called because it was not for me.

Worst experience with ordering online, had an error on app and was told to see team member, went to drive thru where i was told to pull up , when i pulled up nobody in the restaurant of the 5 people who came up knew what to do, they had me pull up to the restaurant, when i got in the blue haired employee did not know what to do and when i expressed concern to the Blonde manager (named Robin) she let me know that “my issue was fixed so i should learn to be happy” whole experience took over 30 minutes from ordering when it should’ve taken 5, terrible staff and worse managment
