Last Tuesday we went to celebrate my daughter's birthday as a family. A total failure, after sitting for more than 15 minutes without anyone at the table, I had to get up and ask yes, please, could someone take our order and even bring us the drinks since we had two little girls, they brought us the drinks and they took our order along with the appetizers, everything we thought was that they were going to bring us one thing first, as they always do, they bring you the bread, the salad, the soup, and lastly, they brought us the menu all together, conclusion that when it was time to leave we had to order six Containers takeaway because we couldn't eat the food we supposedly ordered the bread the salad or the soup it depends on what each person chose it is unlimited and they charged us extra for the soup because we gave soup to the girls So the service is horrible horrible the worst service ever In the world, I will never go to that restaurant again nor do I recommend it to anyone. The worst experience after we finished everything, we practically couldn't even eat because we filled ourselves up with the salad and the bread, obviously after we couldn't eat the food, I finally ordered a dessert to sing happy birthday to the girl and I had to get up from the table twice and ask a lady to please have the dessert and if they weren't going to bring it, they should tell me that we were already leaving because the delay was excessive

My Wife & I go here often. I get the same thing on many occasions, and love it. Yesterday we went as usual and I ordered my usual item that's on the menu that was given to us both. The waitress returned to the table and advised that what I ordered is not a lunch item. When I pointed it out to the waitress, she said its a dinner item. Made a big deal over the order. I insisted that I get it frequently and its never an issue. It was served and it was awful. I didn't say a thing to her or the manager... who never came to the table. This restaurant is going down hill. Shame. I love this place. This time it was just awful. Ill give it another try. Hopefully its better.
The all-you-can-eat soul and salad lunch is excellent. I had the creamy chicken and gnocchi soup which was excellent. Nice pieces of chicken, plump gnocchi, spinach all in a cream base. So good I had 3 bowls of it. The salad was cool and crispy. Crunchy croutons and pepperoncini peppers along with grape tomatoes and cucumbers on top of romaine lettuce all tossed with house made Italian dressing. And the bread sticks were divine--hot and buttery when they arrived tableside. Delicious! The wait staff was polite, prompt, courteous, and helpful. The restaurant was busy but noise level was subdued. The whole meal from beginning to end was an outstanding experience for me on an early Thursday afternoon. Thank you Olive Garden for an enjoyable time.
We really enjoyed our time over there. The outdoor area needs some attention, cosmetics, and the server was nice, but missing the smile. Hope she was not having a bad day.Good experience overall.

Food was good. Waiter disappeared halfway through the meal, but I suspect it’s because we were on a double date and talking for awhile. Nice guy and was there to help us clean up at the end and when the little pay machine didn’t work right.
