I am just leaving PDQ In Wellington I ordered a shake that was very melted when I arrived for it it had been sitting on the counter because I was late picking it up I asked why it would t be kept in the freezer and the response I received was because that’s what they always do is just leave it on the counter because people ALWAYS come right away for their order. well I was stuck at a wreck and didn’t get here right away I asked the very nasty girl at the counter if I could get another one I would even pay for it she made it, acting very put out. brought it to me and snatched the melted one off the counter when I tried to hand her my card very nasty very bad customer service. I get the food industry is busy and rough some days that’s where I worked for 30 years BUT good customer service is mandatory. thank you to the Manager that apologized in her place but she should have been the one apologizing.

Do NOT get the Korean BBQ tenders they are not good! The sauce is also extremely spicy. They also gave me fries instead of mac and cheese and to say that's a horrible surprise is an understatement.

Did take out from this place today. The chicken nuggets were so overcooked & dry they could barely be eaten. The mac & cheese was overcooked to a point where it hardened. Very disappointed, I be won't be returning.

Food is always very consistent, the person at the drive up needs to realize they work in a customer service business. Not once did they even make eye contact when taking our order, or when she gave me back my card. Will not stop me from going there.

Got 2 orders of 3pc spicy tenders and they were not hot and they all were chewy with a lot of fat and hard chunks in them. This has been the norm the last few times. So to be the chicken experts this has gone down hill.I do not recommend this location as there are too many good fast food locations that offer much better food and attention to detail for what the customer is expecting.Get it together PDQ!
A bunch of young kids had the night shift. I was like nice . Then almost died , we had to throw away the whole order. So salty it was awful.
