Pretty sad that a “barista” at a Starbucks doesn’t understand the difference between a latte and a breve. The foam on top of the cold brew, or lack there of, is the icing on the cake. Coffee isn’t that hard to do right and this Starbucks is doing it wrong.

This Starbucks is excellent. Their seating was almost four times larger. The personnel is amiable and supportive. They move quickly as well. Although this is a high traffic business at times, the employees move quickly through the queue. Take the brownie and request that they reheat it. If you prefer them chewy—which is, of course, the ideal way—you won't be let down. You folks who only enjoy them cake-flavored are simply incorrect.

Jordyn aka (gosharky) is Amazing at customer service and he is definitely a people person for sure !!! Always helpful and always has a smile on his face! I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because the music is awful!!
came for my free birthday drink and it came out sooooo good i get the same strawberry refresher everytime i come to starbucks but it was just 100x better today than ever before! the employees were super nice as well and my drink came out really fast!

They're never consistent. I order the same coffee 1-3 times a day and I never get it the same way each time EVER. They take a lot of short cuts or just ignore ingredient instructions. My salted caramel cold brew is never exactly that it's always whatever whipped cream or sweet cream they have around they put on top. I've switched locations specifically because this location just can't be consistent enough.

Very clean for a mall store and quick service, but many of the menu items were not available.
They are never consistent with their drinks. I get the same thing every day almost twice a day and they seem to always make it different every time AT THIS LOCATION. I always get a cold brew with a shot of espresso, somehow they’ve managed to make my drink so light and sweet that I just can’t even drink it. Only at this location do I see them cut corners when making their salted caramel and use only sweet cream thinking we don’t notice. BUT WE DO. I’d tip more if theyd care more. Not to mention I preorder due to my busy work schedule and I still end up waiting 10 minutes after my estimated pick up time. They’re either all joking and playing around or just simplying standing around. It’s really annoying.

Nice Starbucks, not a lot of inside seating. But if you’re looking for a place to plug-in and use free Wi-Fi like all Starbucks it hits the mark. 4 stars only because it’s a little cramped inside.

Sunday, middle of the day, very few customers there..I was Was ignored by a bunch of kid baristas bc their friends were there omg my order just sat there and sat there... very disappointing because their weekday staff is awesome!

The staff here is great, it's Starbucks so there only so much I can share about it cause everyone has been here before I am assuming. If not try the Carmel ribbon Frappuccino ( icy blended drink ) I never had issues here, they are rather nice here and I like them way more than most locations I go to.
