My family purchased in 2019 and love our daily life and all of the surrounding beauty living in Village Walk has to offer.The bridges over the waterways, the trees and the landscaping along with the wildlife are like living in a park. The fact that it is for all ages is such a perk. Hearing kids playing and riding their bikes is wonderful.We are very privileged to have a home in Village Walk.

I would not recommend eating at the cafe, they have been cited for roaches around the deli slicer and other violations. How can you not see these roaches. Unless you like extra protein in your meal, eat at your own risk.

Well, seems like some of those "old goats" are still there pushing their agenda! Glad I moved out left that place in my rear view mirror.

Moved to Villagewalk, back on 2004, bought their largest model home, the Admiralty. The community has been very well maintained over the years, but in actually has creeped south in landscape maintenance quality, as a result of costs, and the quality of vendors that HOA has decided is best for us. I understand that costs matter, specially to the almost same group of retirees who have a 'click group of ole goats', that control everything to fit their satisfaction and lifestyle. The working class, not being involved in the HOA, have everything to lose, when it has any disagreement with the 'ole goats'. The property values for all models, except the Admiralty, have appreciated greatly over the years, and even though I do not like staying anywhere longer than 15 years, I have remained patient, waiting to see if the biggest model the Admiralty, will ever appreciate in value. My home sits on Zanzibar Lane, at the cul de sac, with one of the biggest lots available, and possibly the best view of the main body of the lake, that provides waterfront connections for all the homes. Now that I am retired, I have so much time to be more involved with the HOA of this community, but with plans to relocate to Martin County, why waste my time.
